Abstract: The basic structure and functions of oil loading facilities and dispatching system in the petrochemical refinery are described through discussing some design issues and methods. It is enumerated that typical design schemes and differences between rail tanker loading and truck tanker loading, also compare with all types of automated instruments selection used for loading, including batch controller, rail weighbridge and truck weighbridge set facilities. It is analyzed that scheme of flow control loop and batch control taking advantage of automation engineering theory. Integrated structure schemes of automated control and management system for loading and connected with tank farm manufacturing execution system(TMES)are introduced.
摘要: 本文介绍了石油化工厂油品装车发运系统的基本结构和功能,从工程设计角度讨论了油品装车发运系统的设计内容和设计方法。列举了火车装车和汽车装车的典型设计方案以及不同之处,重点对装车现场用到的各种自动化仪表进行了选型分析比较,包括批量控制器、电子汽车衡、动态轨道衡等装车配套设施,用自动控制工程的理论分析了油品灌装流量控制和批量控制的方案,提供了油品装车控制管理系统的完整结构图以及与罐区生产管理系统的连接方案。
