SIS安全仪表系统在氯乙酸项目中的设计和应用

Design and Application of Safety Instrument Systems in Chloroacetic Acid Project

摘要: SIS安全仪表系统在防止和降低石油化工工厂或装置的过程风险中的作用十分重要,该系统的设计合理与否,直接影响到装置的安全运行。本文针对某年产50000t氯乙酸生产项目详细进行了危险化学品重大危险源辨识、对工艺流程主要生产装置分节点完成了危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析,确定了液氯储存和汽化装置的安全危险等级(SIL),对装置的主要控制参数进行了分析,具体设计了液氯储存和汽化装置的SIS系统及完整的联锁控制,并投入生产运行。在实际生产中设计的SIS系统运行情况良好,保证了项目生产装置的安全生产,体现了SIS系统的可靠性、安全性以及在氯乙酸生产中的特点。

Abstract: It is very important that the Safety Instrument Systems(SIS)in preventing and reducing oil chemical factory or device process risk. It is directly affects the safe operation of the equipment that the SIS system designed reasonable or not. According to the detail identification of hazardous chemicals major hazard installations and the complete device node hazard and probability analysis which the main production process of an annual output of chloroacetic acid 50000t project, the paper have confirmed the Safety Integrity Level(SIL) of the liquid chlorine storage and vaporization device, analyzed and carried out the major control parameters. It have been designed the SIS system of the device and the complete interlock and control, and put into production operation. The SIS system have been running well in the actual production and ensuring safe production of the production device which represents the SIS system’s reliability, security and the characteristics in the production of the chloroacetic acid project.
