FF现场总线技术在酸性水汽提装置中的应用

摘要: 现场总线系统是在现场测量控制设备之间,采用双向数字通信的系统。国际电工委员会规定多种总线,其中主流总线为基金会现场总线(FF)。FF的通信距离在不使用现场总线中继器时可达1900m,可采用总线供电方式,支持本质安全防爆环境。本文依据基金会现场总线系统工程指南,分析了FF现场总线的技术特点、系统配置、网段拓扑结构,网段风险管理。结合某项目中酸性水汽提装置的工艺流程,具体分析了FF仪表选型和设备要求,并进行了网段设计和负荷验算,为现场总线技术的工程设计提供参考。对FF现场总线控制系统工程应用进行研究,降低自控成本,同时提高系统的自动化监控水平,实现控制功能分散至现场,具有更为有效的监测和管理能力。

Abstract: Fieldbus system adopts two-way digital communication between the field measurement and control equipments. The International Electrical Commission lays down a set of buses, the foundation fieldbus (FF) is the mainstream one. The communication distance of FF can reach 1900m without using field bus repeater. Fieldbus system can use bus power supply and support the intrinsically safe explosion-proof environment.This paper is based on the Foundation Fieldbus System Engineering Guide and analyses the technical characteristics, system configuration, network topology, network risk management of FF fieldbus. Combined with a project in the removal of hydrogen sulfide tower process, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the FF instrument selection and the equipment requirements, design the rational distribution network and calculate load. The paper provides reference for the field bus system engineering design. The research of FF control system engineering application can reduce the cost of control. At the same time, FCS can improve the level of automatic monitoring system and scatter control functions to the scene. This can provide a more effective monitoring and management capabilities.
