摘要: 摘要:为了探索数字化虚拟调试技术的更多应用场景,进一步缩短新生产线或工厂改扩建工程的调试和试运行时间。本项目中使用了西门子SIMIT数字化虚拟调试平台,从信号、设备和工艺装置三个层级进行了建模、仿真及虚拟调试的尝试和探索。在实际的工程调试进行之前,对工程组态进行了全面的早期测试。采用SIMIT数字化仿真平台进行虚拟调试,实现了无错误、无故障的上线运行。对于最大限度地提高调试效率,降低调试成本具有实际的推动作用,可以为同类工程的数字化虚拟调试的应用提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to explore more application scenarios of digital virtual Commissioning, further shorten the commissioning time of new production lines or plant expansion projects. In this project, Siemens simit digital virtual Commissioning platform is used to carry out modeling, simulation and virtual Commissioning from three levels of signal, equipment and process device. Before the actual project Commissioning, a comprehensive early test is carried out on the engineering configuration. Simit digital simulation platform is used for virtual Commissioning, and the online operation without errors and faults is realized. It has a practical role in promoting the Commissioning efficiency and reducing the Commissioning cost, and can provide certain reference for the application of digital virtual Commissioning in similar projects.
