摘要: 本文以液氨罐区为例,通过HAZOP分析等风险分析手段,识别出系统所有潜在的风险场景;风险评估阶段通过SIL定级对HAZOP分析识别出的场景进行半定量分析,对原因发生频率,后果严重性等级及独立保护层需求时失效概率等进行评估,判定系统的SIL等级需求;SIS系统选型结束后通过SIL验算确保SIS系统满足SIL定级的需求。通过应用上述手段,确保识别出工艺过程中的潜在风险并将其降低到合理水平内。

Abstract: This paper takes liquid ammonia tank farm as an example, Through HAZOP analysis and other risk analysis methods, all potential risk scenarios of the system are identified. At the risk assessment stage, the scenarios identified by the HAZOP analysis are semi-quantitatively analyzed through SIL grading. The consequence severity level and the failure probability when the independent protection layer is required are evaluated to determine the system's SIL level requirements.. After choosing the SIS system, SIL is used to check that the SIS system meets the requirement of SIL grading. By above methods, the identified risk of process can be reduced to the reasonable scope.
