摘要: 天然气分输控制技术是保证油气管道安全、平稳、高效运行的关键技术。数智化转型背景下,智慧管网建设为传统自动分输控制技术更新升级提供有力保障。在简述智慧管网概念的基础上,介绍了自动分输控制技术的研究现状。结合现场实际阐述了陕京管道分输控制技术的原理及主要方法。针对自动分输控制技术存在的不足,围绕感知层、控制层、维护层提出了由“自动分输”向“智慧分输”转变总体架构,为完善智慧油气管网建设、自动分输发展提供了方案。

Abstract: Natural gas distribution control technology is key to ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of oil and gas pipelines. Under the background of digital transformation, the construction of smart pipeline networks provides strong support for the updating and upgrading traditional automatic distribution control technology. The research status of automatic distribution control technology is introduced based on briefly describing the concept of a smart pipeline network. The principle and main methods of the ShanJing pipeline distribution control technology were elaborated based on the actual site conditions. In response to the shortcomings of the current automatic distribution control technology for the Shanjing pipeline, a plan has been proposed to transform from "automatic distribution" to "intelligent distribution" around the perception layer, control layer, and maintenance layer, providing a solution for improving the construction of smart oil and gas pipeline networks and the development of automatic distribution.
