摘要: 本研究解决了碳纤维原丝生产中回收液浓度在线测量的问题。通过配置回收液不同浓度的溶液样本,改变样本温度等方法,在收集65组“溶液密度-温度-浓度”数据基础上采用最小二乘曲线拟合方法建立了数学模型,并使用Python作为模型推导的工具。在OMC平台上通过编程实现了溶液密度、温度和浓度的转换函数。

Abstract: The study addresses the issue of online measurement of the concentration of recovery liquid in carbon fiber devices. A mathematical model is established using the least squares curve fitting method, with Python employed as the tool for model derivation. The conversion functions for solution density, temperature, and concentration are implemented through programming on the OMC platform.It has been suggested to use an efficient way to measure concentrations of online content.?
