Abstract: In order to reduce the operation cost of enterprises, improve the utilization rate of instruments, improve the quality of instrument maintenance and repair. The main reason of high failure rate of valve Positioner is analyzed from the air path part which is most easily damaged, and the internal structure and control principle of piezoelectric module are introduced in detail. It is found that the frequent action of piezoelectric valve in positioner caused by valve leakage is the main cause of positioner failure. By replacing the isolation diaphragm and the inlet/outlet piezoelectric valve, the problem that the positioner's air path component is easy to be damaged is solved. It ensures the smooth operation of the plant and provides a reference for peer maintenance and repair.

摘要: 为降低企业的运行成本,提高仪表的利用率,提高仪表维护及维修的质量。从阀门定位器(下简称定位器)最易损坏的气路部件入手,分析出定位器故障率高的主要原因,并重点介绍了压电模块的内部结构及控制原理。分析发现阀门漏气引起定位器内部的压电阀频繁动作是导致定位器故障的主要原因。通过更换隔绝膜片、进/排气压电阀等措施,解决了定位器气路部件易损坏的难题。保障了装置平稳运行,为同行维护及维修提供了参考。
