Abstract: The paper introduces ModbusTCP/IP protocol and the communication between Supcon U6-200 PLC、MCGS touch screen TPC1062K and ForcecontrolV7.0 is achieved using ModbusTCP/IP. The configuration of both hardware and software is described. Taking a set of minitype electrical heating reaction system as an example, the procedures to design a friendly HMI with TPC1062K which is easy to operate locally and to design a SCADA system with ForcecontrolV7.0 on the supervisory computer are introduced.

摘要: 介绍了ModbusTCP/IP协议,利用该协议实现了中控U6-200一体化可编程控制器(Programmable logic controller,PLC )与昆仑通态嵌入式工控触摸屏TPC1062K和力控监控组态软件ForcecontrolV7.0的通讯,对硬件配置连接与软件组态进行了描述。以一套小型电加热反应系统为例,介绍了利用TPC1062K触摸屏设计界面友好便于现场操作的人机界面(Human machine interface,HMI),利用力控7.0设计上位机数据采集与监控系统(Supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)的过程。
