Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide is toxic and harmful. It is of great significance to detect the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in industrial production. In this paper, we took the online measurement of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas desulfurization process as the application example. The analysis system based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology was used for concentration measurement. TDLAS gas analysis system based on molecular selective absorption principle, Beer-Lambert law and wavelength modulation technology, includes analysis module, gas module and human-computer interaction module.In the application case, 1570nm laser wavelength is chosen to analyze hydrogen sulfide in natural gas as the example. In the experiment, gas mixtures of 0-100 ppm hydrogen sulfide are produced in typical natural gas streams through gas module. The hydrogen sulfide concentration is calculated by chemometrics method. The results show that the analysis system meets the measurement requirements of 2% FS. It demonstrates that TDLAS technology, which has the advantages of non-contact, rapid reaction and accurate measurement, meet the needs of trace gas measurement in petrochemical industry.

In order to realize rapid shut-off of the emergency shut-down valve(ESV)[1], the method of increasing the gas flow is usually adopted, such as increasing the pipeline size and air source interface or selecting a larger model actuator. Although this method can effectively speed up the closing speed of the valve and increase the driving force to the valve, this driving force between the sealing internals of the valve will affect the valve safety and service life, and increases the undetectable dangerous failure rateof the pipeline[2]. Therefore, aiming at the safety of pneumatic valves in oil and gas industry, this paper puts forward the concept of fast closing and slow shut-off of ESV (referred to as fast closing and slow shut-off) [3], and gives a design method that can realize fast closing and slow shut-off of ESV, which can not only accelerate the movement speed of valve, but also reduce the driving force. This method can effectively reduce the driving force when the valve is closing, and weaken the influence of driving force on the valve seals and effectively increase the safety of the valve [4].

The safety of long distance pipeline is the focus of national and social attention. Pipeline integrity management and risk assessment have become common practices to ensure pipeline safety. Risk acceptance criteria is the key technology of risk assessment, but there is no unified and recognized criterion at home and abroad. The paper expounds the basic meaning, influencing factors and principles of risk acceptance criteria. The technical route is to first solve the personal risk and social risk, and then pay attention to the risk of property loss and environmental damage. Based on international risk assessment practices, risks are divided into unacceptable areas, tolerable areas and widely accepted areas. According to the characteristics of China long distance pipeline and accident statistics, it is suggested that the boundary between unacceptable risk area and tolerable risk area is 1×10-4 persons /year, the boundary between risk tolerable area and widely accepted area is 1×10-6 persons / year. The relationship curve model between the surpass probability (F) and the number of deaths (N) of social risk, the P-L curve of the acceptance criteria of property loss, and the average recovery period of the acceptance criteria of environmental damage are determined. It is of great significance for improving the level of pipeline safety management to study the risk acceptance criteria suitable for the characteristics of pipeline in China.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the mileage of long-distance oil and gas pipelines is increasing, and the urban scale is expanding. So an image back-end recognition algorithm based on deep learning is developed to reanalyze the alarm of camera installed on the pipeline. Using the Internet of things technology, an oil and gas pipeline intelligent monitoring and management platform is built and which has all-weather monitoring, early warning functions. The application of the platform reduces the risk of third-party damage which caused by external personnel, vehicles, large machinery and construction, and avoid accidents such as pipeline leakage, drilling and oil theft in these key pipeline sections.
