    Based on the real-time intelligent software platform G2, the modeling, design, programming and operation scoring techniques of the intelligent simulation training system for D3 extraction and purification process were studied, and the simulation training system for D3 extraction and purification process was developed. The actual simulation results show that the changes of process parameters of the simulation system are basically consistent with the actual situation of the production process, and the operation performance of the operators can be comprehensively evaluated from three aspects of operation steps, alarm and quality, and the reasons for deduction of points are given, which shows that the system can effectively simulate the dynamic operation of the extraction and purification process, and it plays an important role in training and improving the operation skills of process operators and reducing incorrect operation.

    Automatic drilling rig is an important core equipment for increasing speed and efficiency in oil and gas exploration and development, and its operating state directly affects the safety and efficiency of oil field drilling production. The traditional oil drilling rig monitoring system has some problems, such as low effective collection of real-time parameters, poor anti-interference of sensors to the environment, weak stability of data transmission and so on. In order to obtain the operating parameters of drilling pump and winch accurately, quickly and reliably, to improve the integrity of automatic drilling rig, this paper focuses on the research and design of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for drilling pump and winch based on vibration testing technology. The on-line real-time monitoring and diagnosis service for the health status of drilling rig equipment is realized. Through field tests, it is proved that the system can identify whether bearing, pump valve and crosshead faults occur in drilling pump and winch, and realize quantitative and positioning diagnosis, in which the fault identification accuracy of drilling pump is about 88.7%. The accuracy of winch fault identification is about 87.5%, which is helpful to ensure the safety of oil and gas production.

    It has been well recognized that the overall performance of a process can be significantly improved by forced periodic operation which could be realized through external oscillations. While a proper evaluation and quantification of process performance necessitates rigorous analysis tools. The aim of this paper is to review methodologies suitable for the analysis of periodic process operations, where theories of process intensification and stabilization by periodic operation is detailed. Through this synergistic development mathematically, properness and stabilizing criterions are provided which could be used to analyze a number of periodic operation scenarios, facilitating the implementation of novel operation-control strategies in view of unsteady state operation.

    Measurement shortage analysis is not only an important content of long-distance natural gas pipeline operation management, but also an important measure to reduce cost and increase efficiency. The paper expounds the definition and meaning of natural gas pipeline measurement shortage. The classification principle of natural gas pipeline measurement shortage is put forward, that is, the measurement system error and the loss caused by pipeline operation, equipment quality and corrosion. The standard deviation of the metering system and the measurement shortage caused by the change of pipeline pressure and temperature and the damage of the third party are analyzed quantitatively. From the perspective of technology and management, the paper discusses the analysis method and working mechanism of natural gas pipeline measurement shortage, including basic principles, traceability principles, analysis frequency and management system. The paper puts forward the measurement shortage positioning and early warning technology based on measurement database, hydraulic friction coefficient and simulation software tools, as well as the grid and fine management mode of measurement shortage in pipeline enterprises.     Abstract: It is an important step to determine the ignition probability of combustible materials reasonably. Three methods of calculating value, empirical value and OGP value were analyzed. The OGP ignition probability was modified by setting boundary points, and the significance of ignition probability data was analyzed. The results show that OGP takes full account of ignition probability under different leakage scenarios and leakage rates, and does not distinguish between immediate ignition and delayed ignition, which is relatively simple in calculation and the first choice for ignition probability calculation. In the design of small stations, fire dikes, fire coating and other protective measures should be fully considered. In the design of large oil depots, sufficient number of combustible gas detection devices should be set up. Air circulation has a great influence on ignition probability. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the adjustment of process layout and improvement of process conditions.

In recent years, various pipeline enterprises have developed management systems to meet different business needs. At the same time, they are faced with problems such as many systems, miscellaneous data and difficult decision-making. How to extract "small information" from "big data" to serve management decision-making is the difficulty and pain point of industry technology. Therefore, in order to improve data utilization and form an integrated service mode, a comprehensive solution of pipeline state diagnosis and early warning based on multi-source data fusion were proposed. Based on the data of existing UAV patrol inspection, GPS line inspection, intelligent cathodic protection and other systems, the original data alignment, effective information screening, data type unification, state feature extraction, fusion model construction and early warning level division were realized. Finally, an integrated and visualized diagnostic and early warning platform was developed to realize the management and decision-making function of dynamic factors such as third-party damage, corrosion damage, and natural geological disaster damage. Through technical exploration, the value of multi-source data was extracted, and certain technical support was provided for the construction of intelligent pipelines and intelligent pipeline networks.
