    I n order to ensure the stability of the oilfield gathering and transportation station process, predict and solve possible future process failures in advance, a predictive warning and safety navigation system was developed based on the LSTM algorithm. The design scheme of the system was introduced, the process flow of the oil and gas station was analyzed, the selection of key production parameters, the establishment of prediction and warning models, and the process safety navigation expert logic library were introduced. The on-site application showed that the system can achieve prediction and warning of key production parameters in the oil and gas station, provide the future development trend of key production parameters in advance, and address potential exceeding threshold faults of key parameters in the future, The system will automatically provide expert safety guidance strategies to prevent production processes from entering a faulty state.

    The gathering and transportation pipeline network of Puguang gas field is widely distributed, with a challenging geographical environment and a large inspection workload, posing significant difficulties for manual inspections. To enhance the emergency response capability of Puguang gas field, we propose an intelligent inspection scheme that utilizes unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to replace part of the manual inspection process. This paper introduces the composition of the UAV inspection system and provides technical parameters and functions of its main equipment such as flight platform, transmission link, handheld remote control system, mobile UAV airport, self-service airport for UAVs and ground station operating system. By implementing this UAV inspection system in Puguang gas field management practices, it can improve digitalization levels while enabling timely monitoring of geological disasters in an effective manner.

    Abstract: To solve the problem that the pipeline leakage signal is submerged in the background noise, which leads to the difficulty of location detection. By improving IWOA algorithm to optimize the combination of decomposition scale and penalty factor in VMD algorithm, and by calculating the Euclidian distance between the probability density value of intrinsic mode component and the probability density value of the original signal, the boundary point between the effective signal and the noise signal is determined, and then the signal is reconstructed. The results show that not only the low-frequency 1Hz harmonic signal is detected, but also the frequency and amplitude of the other frequency harmonic signals are more accurate. The field leakage signal is simulated by oil discharge experiment. Compared with WOA-VMD, PSO-VMD and GA-VMD, the reconstructed signal of IWOA-VMD algorithm has larger signal-to-noise ratio and smaller mean square error, and has stronger adaptability to the detection and location of slow leakage signal. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the improvement of pipeline integrity management level.

    Abstract: In order to realize remote online diagnosis of ultrasonic flow status, based on literature research and metrology principles, the ultrasonic flowmeter status evaluation index system was established from three aspects, namely sound velocity characteristics, signal characteristics and flow characteristics. The membership degree of a single indicator under different status levels was obtained by using cloud model, and the comprehensive membership degree was obtained by combining weight weighting. Then realize the real-time evaluation of flowmeter status level. The results show that the soft coefficient method reconcilates the main and objective weight results, and the sound velocity deviation, profile coefficient and maximum sound velocity difference have greater influence on the ultrasonic flowmeter state, while the disturbance value and signal quality have less influence. The model in this paper can distinguish the different state levels of the flowmeter effectively, and the early warning time is much earlier than that of the sound velocity verification method. The research results can provide theoretical reference for early diagnosis and preventive maintenance of flowmeter.
