Abstract: Abstract: This article mainly introduced the problems of mobile electronic weighting system in Er gaoya packing workshop of our factory, such as low accuracy, Susceptible to interference，poor stability and easy leakage, proposed system solutions and implementation. This article analyzed the main factors affecting the precision quantitative packing ，given the technical route and specific scheme to improve the implementation which based on the original equipment。Through technical transformation, all this made it great improvement on packing accuracy and speed。The product packaging deviation control in 1 ‰ range，creating considerable economic benefits.。

摘要： 摘要：本文针对我厂二高压移动定量包装电子秤计量称重系统应用中存在的计量精度低、易受干扰、稳定性差和易撒漏料等实际问题，提出了移动定量包装电子秤系统改造解决方案并付诸实施。文中分析了影响移动电子秤计量精度工作性能的几个主要问题，在原有移动包装电子秤的基础上，给出了基本技术路线和改进实施的具体方案。通过技术改造，提高了精度和速度，把产品包装偏差控制在了1‰范围内，创造了可观的经济效益。
