Abstract: This article mainly introduced the problems of mobile electronic weighting system in Er gaoya packing workshop of our factory, such as low accuracy, Susceptible to interference，poor stability and easy leakage, proposed system solutions and implementation. This article analyzed the main factors affecting the precision quantitative packing ，given the technical route and specific scheme to improve the implementation which based on the original equipment。Through technical transformation, all this made it great improvement on packing accuracy and speed。The product packaging deviation control in 1 ‰ range，creating considerable economic benefits.。
