Abstract: This paper mainly introduces advanced process control and real-time optimization technology development, research and application of characteristic of cracker in ethylene based on online NIR analysis of ethylene .NIR Analyzer configuration requirements and functions is described in detail. APC and RTO implementation of typical control schemes in cracking furnace are described in detail. The operation interface of the program is explained. It is described the requirements of oil POINA model. Finally,It is introduced each external conditions which the APC control is need.
摘要: 本文主要介绍了基于在线近红外分析的乙烯装置裂解炉先进控制和实时优化技术的开发、研究和应用特点,对近红外分析仪的配置要求和功能作用进行简要的描述;对裂解炉APC和RTO的实施的典型控制方案进行了详细介绍;对操作界面的设置方案进行了功能介绍。文中还介绍了建立油品POINA模型的要求;最后介绍了实施APC控制需要的各项外部条件。
