Recent years, coal chemical industry developed rapidly, GE coal slurry gasification process was applied widely. Black water control valve is one kind of critical valves of this process. The fluid of black water control valve is highly corrosive, and contains some hard solid particles. Flashing will occur because of high differential pressure between inlet and outlet of black water control valve, and the fluid of outlet will be high-speed vapor-liquid-solid three phase flow. So, black water control valve is in completely severe service. If type selection or calculation of black water control valve is not suitable, then the process requirements can 't be met and stable running of gasification plant will be affected. This paper briefly introduces GE coal slurry gasification process and working condition, type selection, calculation, special requirements of black water control valve based on a project of coal to hydrogen.

In order to solve the problem of modular neural network (MNN) ensemble. This paper integrated the ideas of “divide and conquer” and “put the heads together”, and proposed a measure of selecting sub-nets on-line. For a given input, this method calculated the distance of the input and the center of sub-nets firstly, and then constructed the fuzzy member degree based on distance measurement, finally realized on-line sub-nets selection by fuzzy judgement. The number of sub-nets varied to different inputs. This made the MNN’s self-adapting ability be stronger. It ensembled multi sub-nets by linear method. The weights of sub-nets were optimized by reconstructing the sample space and dynamic programming. The simulation results suggest that this method can improve the precision and generalization ability effectively.

Abstract: In order to achieve the data management informatization and business process automation of pump recovery wells, a pump recovery wells dynamic management system based on ASP.NET technology is designed, the whole design and the related function modules of the system are given. According to the main function of the system, the system is divided into dynamic management, approval feature and measures management modules. A visual representation is provided by OWC server controls, the pump recovery wells classification statistical figures are generated. Combining with C # language, the real-time query, automatic statistics, abnormal remind and export printing functions of the data are realized. In accordance with the business process, the workflow drive model is established, the approval plans are reported and the business flow is realized. After the approval, the data of measures such as parameter regulation, fracturing, water plugging, overhaul is recorded, the effect of the measures is compared and analyzed. As is shown in actual application, the integration, sharing and display of the information are realized, the business process is optimized and the work efficiency is improved in the system.

Abstract:The ball mill object has got some problems such as multi-input-multi-output, strong coupling, large time delay.This paper presents a new multivariable decoupling PI control strategy. First, a decoupler is proposed to achieve complete decoupling. Second, a model reduction method is obtained with a target for the first-order plus dead time model(FOPDT). Based on the simplified model, a feedforward compensator is applied to the process and this article offers a easy parameter tuning PI controller. In order to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method it is applied to a ball mill model, the results show that the new strategy is superior to the general method in the following aspects:set-point following performance, model reduction, complete decoupling.
