    The 6th operation platform f shengli oilfield is designed as a jack-up workover platform and it needs heat source system for heating and heat preservation.The paper compared parameters of different heating mediums and finally chose the steam system as the heat source system. Then analysis the main component of the steam system, and made calculations, analysis and descriptions of the boiler, water treatment system, depressurization system, steam trap set and condensate system to finish the design of the heat source system.

    The load capacity of the instrument signal circuit is analyzed, and then the maximal cable length is calculated according to the load limitation of several typical two-wire instrument in this paper. By the contrast, the maximal laying length is calculated according to the design code, and the largest laying length with different power instruments is draw. For intrinsically safe circuit, cable maximal laying length is calculated according to the two formulas of intrinsically safe circuit, finally, the selection step of instrument signal cable is summarized.

    For the need of quick and accurate calorific value of fuel gas for feedforward controller to control the outlet temperature of cracking furnace, an approach for soft-sensing model of fuel gas calorificvalue based on support vector machine is proposed. The method detemines model structure by svm, then the application of cross-validation method to acquire the optimal parametersthe of the model. The factors that influence calorific value of fuel gas of cracking furnace are analyzed, and the soft sensing model of calorific values of fuel gas of the cracker system is established using the SVM algorithm. the simulation experiment of calorific value data of cracking fuel gas are carried out based on the proposed method. The simulation results show that this approach is effective. it can accurately predict calorific value and has higher prediction accuracy ,therefore, it can be used for modeling of soft measurement for calorific values of fuel gas system.

    In this paper, an information collection and inspection of oil and water wells system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is developed. Instrumentation based on radio frequency identification sensors, PDA (personal digital assistant) with RFID module and the upper computer system based on ASP.NET server technology are combined in the system organically. RFID technology, AJAX asynchronous communication technology, GPRS technology and TCP/IP remote data communication technology are used to implement the collection, storage and post-back of the related data information in the process of checking the oil and water wells and solve the problems that the inspection personnel are difficult to reach the position and the inspection data cannot be uploaded in real-time. Combined with GIS technology, real-time monitoring of inspection lines can be realized by the upper computer. The system is provided with the practical significance of improving the efficiency of inspection personnel's work.

    The oil field problem wells management system based on workflow technology is designed, the whole design and the related function modules of the system are given. The approval plans of problem wells are reported by using the workflow engine technology, in accordance with the business process, the workflow drive model is established and the business flow is realized. Combining with C # language and using ADO.NET and multiple data fusion technology as the core, the data entry, processing query and export printing functions are realized. By using the complicated SQL statements and temporary table, the incidence rate of problems statistics is generated. A graph visual representation of data is provided by ExtJS technology and GridView with the user-defined irregular header. According to the direction and progress of the business flow, the overrun and unreviewed problem wells are reminded, the personnel information and authority are set and the personalization of the process is implemented. As is shown in actual application, the integration, sharing and display of the information are realized, the business process is optimized and the work efficiency is improved in the system.

    There’re about 100 type of flowmeter in use. In these wide range of flowmeter which works in different principle, there’re specific need for the straight pipe requirements, exclude volumetric flowmeter and Coriolis mass flowmeter. Different flowmeter need different straight pipe length. Less straight pipe results in more uncertainty of measurement, while fluid passes elbow or valve, velocity distribution distorts, so that the actual Discharge coefficient is diffent from the calibration data. In variety of countermeasures, detour is a easy way. We could lower the accuracy in process control and normal monitor as well. It’s also useful that chose a good position to install flowmeter, or install a flow regulator. Evaluate the impact of less straight pipe is more accurate but more expensive.
