Abstract: In allusion to large-scale, integration, intelligence of large-scale petrochemical and new-type coal chemical plant, the article mainly introduces the concept and target, overall construction, system architecture, customized programming, network security of integrated automation & information system. Moreover, the article also introduces the engineering execution of integrated automation & information system, which includes working content, working aim and critical activities of each execution stage. Finally, the article introduce the mutual acceleration between integrated automation & information system and enterprise lean management.

摘要： 针对大型石油化工和新型煤化工工程大型化、集成化、智能化的主要特点，着重介绍了自动化和信息化集成系统的理念及目标、总体架构、系统构成、客户化定制、网络安全等；介绍了自动化和信息化集成系统工程实施的工作内容，工作目标和关键活动；最后介绍了自动化和信息化集成系统与企业精益管理相互促进的关系。
