Abstract: Level data in the tank(vessel) is significant in the oil static gauge. It has become the development trend to obtain the level data of tank (vessel) by using mounted automatic level gauge.It is found in practice that the accuracy of the data obtained by the automatic level gauge is affected by the uncertainty of the instrument and the operating condition, among which the operating conditions play a major role. According to the influencing factors, suggestions that selection, calibration, installation and calibration of the fixed automatic liquid level gauge are proposed. The above suggestions help improve the accuracy of the level data by automatic level gauge.

摘要： 油罐（舱）中液位数据是油品静态计量的关注指标，使用固定式自动液位计获取罐（舱）液位数据已成为液位计量的发展趋势。实践发现，固定式自动液位计获得数据的准确度受仪器不确定度和运行条件的综合影响，其中运行条件在以上影响中起主要作用。根据影响因素，提出了固定式自动液位计的选型、校准、安装及检验建议。结合建议开展固定式自动液位计的应用有助于提高其使用效果。
