Level data in the tank(vessel) is significant in the oil static gauge. It has become the development trend to obtain the level data of tank (vessel) by using mounted automatic level gauge.It is found in practice that the accuracy of the data obtained by the automatic level gauge is affected by the uncertainty of the instrument and the operating condition, among which the operating conditions play a major role. According to the influencing factors, suggestions that selection, calibration, installation and calibration of the fixed automatic liquid level gauge are proposed. The above suggestions help improve the accuracy of the level data by automatic level gauge.

Based on distributed dynamic optimization, differential game and the shortcomings of direct and indirect methods of numerical optimization in solving differential game problems, this paper proposes a numerical optimization algorithm for chemical plants based on differential game direct and indirect hybrid method. Firstly, based on differential game, this paper constructs the mathematical proposition of chemical plant operation optimization and its first-order optimality necessary conditions. In order to ensure the real-time convergence of solving large-scale dynamic optimization problems, this paper uses the first-order optimality necessary conditions (indirect method) to solve their optimal controls for several players in the game, and other players use the first-order optimality necessary conditions of the above players as constraints, and use the direct method to solve their own optimal controls. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by theoretical derivation and simulation case analysis. The algorithm effectively improves the real-time, convergence, accuracy and optimality of the solution of chemical plant operation optimization problems, and provides technical support for the improvement of chemical plant economic benefits.

Drilling pump and winch, as the key equipment of oil drilling rig, play a very important role in the normal drilling operation, the online monitoring and fault diagnosis system can collect the main status parameters of drilling pumps and winches, predict and diagnose the faults of the equipment. In order to solve the problems of high temperature, cold, high electromagnetic harassment and inconvenient laying of cable equipment in oil drilling site, a set of equipment multi-parameter signal synchronous acquisition and transmission system based on wireless WiFi module is developed. The system uses high-speed STM32H750 with built-in DSP module as the main control chip, and is equipped with signal processing circuit and WiFi wireless communication module. Multi-channel high-precision data synchronous acquisition is realized, and the data is further filtered, decomposed, modeling and other processing, and finally the data is transmitted to the computer software through wireless WiFi for analysis. The amplitude and frequency response error of the system is 1%, the amplitude linearity error is 1.8%, and the frequency error is 0.2%, which can meet the requirements of field acquisition. The calibration and calibration of Wuxi Institute of Metrology and Testing and the practical application of oil drilling show that the system has the advantages of good data synchronization, strong stability under high and low temperature environment, high acquisition accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and so on.

In order to improve the early warning ability of leakage risk of skid mounted LNG filling station, this paper analyzes the technical characteristics and potential safety risks of skid mounted LNG filling station. In view of the potential leakage risk, the gas detection scene is analyzed based on the scene method and CFD simulation, the gas cloud distribution of gas leakage is simulated, and the coverage rate of gas detector is optimized. The results show that the risk warning method proposed in this paper can effectively identify the current risks of LNG filling stations, provide technical support for early leakage warning of skid mounted LNG filling stations, and effectively improve the level of safe operation.

From the perspective of safety and risk management, the design of a safety instrumented system (SIS) needs to have high levels of safety and availability. Safety is measured through Safety Integrity Levels (SIL), while availability is measured by Mean Time to Dangerous Failure (MTTFspurious) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). MTTFspurious can be calculated using the spurious trip rate (STR), while MTTR is influenced by the product's maintainability design and on-site operational conditions.In practical production processes, system trips can result in significant economic losses. Therefore, both companies and users not only expect safety instrumented systems to be safe and reliable but also aim for minimal occurrences of spurious trips. This article explains the method to calculate the STR of safety instrumented function (SIF) loops using reliability block diagrams, determining the availability indicators of the safety instrumented system. It provides guidance and recommendations for hardware selection, system configuration during the design phase, and improving availability through maintenance conditions.
