Because of the differences in technical requirements, such as geologic oil reservoirs, wellhead platform conditions and logic control, the control principle and working method of the wellhead control panel are different, which lead to the basic design of the product. In order to summarize the product type and The design features of the wellhead make up the shortage of this research direction, and provide reference for the design and selection of the wellhead control panel. The design type analysis of the wellhead control panel is needed. According to the characteristics of the components and the environment, the design features of each type of control panel are summed up and summarized, and the design scheme of the wellhead control panel is described in detail and contrasted. Electronic push-button type is divided into positive pressure explosion-proof type and flameproof type, mechanical pilot valve type according to the different platform design requirements, divided into two types of control panel, Hydraulic control and gas-liquid control, and the characteristics of each type of design and application are analyzed. The cost and maintenance cost of the mechanical pilot valve control panel is low. Taking DCS as the control core, the design is the mainstream trend. It is recommended to use it in view of cost and maintainability.

Abstract: Valve stiction is one of the main causes of the control loop oscillation in industrial processes. Most of the existing control valve stiction detection methods are based on specific assumptions, only for a specific range. Aiming at the limitation that area peak method only applies to the self-regulating plant, the paper presents an improved shaped analysis method to apply to both the self-regulating plant and integrating process. Considering the obvious difference of the second derivative of error signal waves in two different plants, a new index is added to further stiction detect. The method overcomes the limitation of the area peak method only applicable to a particular range. Finally, the simulation experiment validates the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.

To diagnose accurately fault of direct-drive progressing cavity pump, this paper presents a new method of fault diagnosis based on wavelet packet and neural network. Active powers in different working conditions are decomposed using three-layer wavelet packet and wavelet packet characteristic energy(WPCE) are extracted. WPCE vectors are constructed and used as fault samples to train three- layer BP neural network. The simulation results show the trained BP neural network can diagnose the fault of direct-drive progressing cavity pump.

Availability is one of important factors to measure the performance of safety instrumented system(SIS). In terms of decomposition of precision, restraining boundary effect and Computation time , Extremum Field Mean Mode Decomposition(EMMD),which is better than Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) and Adaptive Time Varying Filter Decomposition(ATVFD), can effectively extract the machinery vibration signal fault characteristics. But the measured field signal are often mixed a lot of immediate noise signal and the local strong interference noise, influence EMMD decomposition quality seriously. In order to solve this problem,come up with a new extracting fault feature method which Based on MF - SVD (MF,morphological filters; SVD,Singular value decomposition)denoising method combined with EMMD . The experimental results show that This method can effectively and accurately extract fault features of rolling bearing inner ring damage, also can restrain the endpoint effect ,have a good speed and accuracy.

Vibration cylinder densometer is composed of vibration cylinder and amplified circuit, which is a closed-loop system of loose coupling and positive feedback. In this paper, the principle of the measurement and the design of the vibration cylinder structure and processing circuit were introduced. Through analyzing the influences of ambient noise, temperature, viscosity and flow rate on the vibration cylinder densometer, the method of reducing frequency interference was brought forward to improve the precision of the densometer. Multiple comparisons of the conveying capacity among the densometer method, manual method and mass flowmeter were made, the relative deviation of conveying capacity between the densometer method and the mass flowmeter was below 0.1 average, which is closer to the mass flowmeter measurement value.

Abstract:To take an accurate measurement and sample of the fluid oil quality in internal floating roof tanks and external floating roof tanks, drilling from the surface of floating roof is needed so that the still pipe can be extended to the bottom of the tank. In the meantime, in order to ensure the level testing accuracy and samples' representativeness, it also requires drilling of holes at the side of the still pipe to keep the various layers of the liquid within the tank consistent as that in the still pipe and the liquid level within the tank the same as that within the pipe.
