    Based on China oil strategy reserves and the development trend of large-scale tank, to improve tanks safety level is of great significance. Domestic scholar carried out the research on foreign tank design and operation standard. With the example of API 2001-2012, the paper introduced the advanced experience and commend practice of American refinery intrinsic safe design idea, such as federal government mandatory requirement of PHA in refinery process design, and application of high strength mobile foam equipment for full-scale tank fire, and high level of fire-fighting water system, and construction safe management procedure, and high level of tank dike design, and ICS based on responsibility modularity. By referring the advanced experience of API 2001-2012, has an important significance for improving China oil depot security level and fire fighting system reliability.

    With the large-scale development and construction of the artificial island in the Tanhai oilfield, due to its own geographical conditions and the characteristics of the oil and gas development, the safety problem is becoming more and more prominent, the safety control system of the wellhead is put forward higher requirements. The design of the wellhead control panel of artificial island in Tanhai Oilfield should be analyzed in order to provide reference for the optimization design of the wellhead control panel in Tanhai Oilfield. The results show that the RTU is the control core, and the main system adopts the hydraulic control mode. The system consists of the common main system, the single well module, the control system and the control system. RTU and the sound and light alarm control system and the fusible plug / emergency shutdown system components, and made a detailed description of the system components. In order to facilitate the production and maintenance of the later wellhead control panel, some products can be designed as a drawer-type structure with reference to the design of the conventional wellhead control panel of offshore oil platforms, and formed into the standard serialized products of 3 to 8 wells.

    In view of the traditional pressure station lighting system wide distribution, complex control mode and so on, through the intelligent control to realize the whole pressure station lighting intelligent control system. Combined with the existing industrial Ethernet station control system (Ethernet) architecture, the design of industrial computer monitoring and controlling system based on Ethernet structure. The system is composed of remote monitoring terminal (PLC), composed of TCP/IP photoelectric converter, RS485 Bus and TCP/IP converter, client switches and host computer. PLC system, the hierarchical system of photoelectric conversion device and the host computer system arrangement by PLC PC to receive instructions on implementation of artificial lighting in the field of opening and closing function; the host computer according to the time latitude and dark and dawn every day in place of the date of judgment, in order to achieve timing function of lighting system. The implementation results show that this scheme has high intelligence, strong anti-jamming capability and cost advantages, has a strong reference for the transformation of the traditional station lighting control system.

    A generalized predictive control approach based on local LSSVM model in latent space is proposed to deal with the problems associating with multivariate, nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics in industrial process systems. To begin with, the latent variable space is constructed by the partial least squares algorithm, thus the complicated multivariable control system can be decomposed into univariate ones, subsequently,the relevant data samples at present are selected out by Just-in-time learning(JITL) at every sampling instant, which are utilized to build the local LSSVM model of each SISO subsystems online in latent space, finally, the generalized predictive control is implemented to these subsystems separately. During the modeling phase, the redundant data samples are removed by JITL, which promotes the robustness of LSSVM and then makes it apply to modeling in real time. The proposed predictive control approach is applied to a quadruple tank process. Simulation studies are presented to verify the advantage of the proposed approach.

    For Lithologic complex geological conditions, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) logging that compared with other logging methods can provide richer and more effective geological information. Due to the issue of the spin echo signal of NMR with a lot of noise, impact on inversion calculation and follow-up stratigraphic interpretation, come up with a novel de-noising method of Singular value morphological filter, this method combination Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) which can filter random noise and Morphological Filter(MF) which can inhibition effectively pulse oscillation, filter out noise. Experimental analysis indicates that, this method can filter out the noise of signal the consequence that inverse computation of T2 spectrum and the porosity from echo signal is To be in conformity with the result which measure the core under laboratory conditions,the effect of De-noising is obvious.

    To solve the transmission capacity problem of communication networks from offshore oil and gas field to onshore, cross sea microwave communication is utilized to build a communication link for signal transmission. Through on-site investigation and microwave circuit parameters calculated, design model of cross sea microwave transmission link shall be built. Link test shows that high-capacity data transmission can be realized by cross sea microwave communication. Finally, some suppression methods against the interference factor of strong sea surface reflection and multi-path fading are introduced, which effectively solved the link break problem of cross sea microwave communication.

    The dynamic fluid level reflects the fluid supply of the strata and the relationship between downhole supply and discharge directly. Furthermore, it is an important basis to evaluate and optimize the petroleum engineering. Because it is difficult to be monitored continuously in a long period, it has been measured by workers at the wellhead for a long time. This paper proposes a new method to calculate the dynamic fluid level, which takes the submerged pressure as a common solution node to analysis the load variation of the plunger and the pressure distribution in the annulus. Additionally, an approach according to the maximum, minimum load of dynamometer card, the rod string combination and other static and dynamic data, to determine the density of well fluid within the tubing has been established in order to analyze the density accurately. Basing on the above theoretical model, relying on the platform of digital production management, mining and integrating available data, the software, that can monitor the dynamic fluid level in real-time, has been developed. Dynamic fluid level by anlysisi on bottom-hole pressure be taked for reference, 80 wells trial computation shows that the Dynamometer Card method decrease error to 5.6 percent than that of playback equipment. This method can meet requirements of fields.
