Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electronic control system means the electronic system still has the normal working ability in the electromagnetic environment, and will not become a source of electromagnetic pollution in the environment. Generally use the "immunity" to measure anti-interference ability of the electronic control system in the electromagnetic environment; use the "emission" to show its electromagnetic pollution for the environment. A control system in industrial process is facing all kinds of electromagnetic interference (EMI), we cannot and should not the anti-interference function entirely by the control system of itself to undertake, it must to in the engineering implementation is taken various measures to ensure the normal operation of the control system in the industrial environment. This paper reviews several issues related to electromagnetic compatibility in the design of control room: 1) Technical specification for equipment selection ; 2) Voltage between neutral and ground for AC low voltage power supply system; 3) Electrostatic protection in control room; 4) Electromagnetic compatibility of lighting lamps; 5) Electromagnetic compatibility of the relay in the cabinet; 6) Electromagnetic compatibility of cable system in control room.

It was important to guarantee safe operation of large oil storage tank facilities. With high leakage risk, China commonly used extended service tanks. Applying advanced tank leakage inspection technique and adopt effective measures in early stage of tank leakage, can help to improve the safety and reliability of tank facilities. The paper introduced the advanced experience, recommended practice, advancement and disadvantage, and applicable scope of tank leakage inspection technique in American, including conventional personal metering method and nondestructive testing method, and the American Petroleum Institute recommended tank bottom leakage prevention system PRB, as well as in recent years, the new development of the storage tank based on the drilling method, acoustic emission detection method and resistance leakage method, etc. Finally, the suggestion of selecting suitable tank leakage inspection technique and adoption of American standards to improve domestic tank leakage technique were maded.

The Supercritical Once-through Boiler is a complex system with the characteristics of strong-coupling non-linear multiple parameters. Quick and accurate measure of its water coal ratio is the guarantee of the boiler’s safety, economy and stable operation. This paper derivation formula of the heat rate of the Supercritical Once-through Boiler based on energy consumption, then correct the heat rate and power by the correction curve. And finaly get the formula of water-coal ratio. This paper taking a 600MW Supercritical Once-through Boiler as an example for research , calculate the coal water ratio of various working condition,and compare with the field data to check up the accuracy of the proposed method.

Abstract: Level measuring is an important part of the automatic control system of coal gasification, this paper briefly summarizes the types of current level meters, and makes a comprehensive comparison of several level meters common applied in HT-L coal gasification projects. Actual speed of centrifugal compressor is often different from the designed speed, so the performance curve in the operations manual can’t reflect the compressor running. In this paper, taking BCL355/A type centrifugal compressor as the research object, the BP neural network was used to predict performance of compressor. This article describes the basic algorithms of LSSVM and builds predictive models, such as viscosity and density index, compared with the general computing model, calculates the index data. The intelligent maintenance system of circulating water pump based on the industrial Ethernet structure is designed. The system consists of a remote monitoring terminal (PLC system), a TCP/IP photoelectric converter, a client switch and a host computer. PLC system, the hierarchical system of photoelectric conversion device and the host computer system layout, timing by PLC pump running time of 6 cycle operation, and automatic configuration of pump stage operation, ensure the normal maintenance of the host computer through the optical fiber; the pump total running time is transmitted to the central control room, realize centralized monitoring of running time the number of parameters such as pump, maintenance. The implementation results show that this scheme has high intelligence, strong anti-jamming capability and cost advantages, the traditional compressor station has a strong reference circulating water pump intelligent maintenance.

The Innovene PP process utilizes a horizontal stirred-bed reactor design, the reactor must remain permissible level of powder before start-up and normal operation. The powder bed level was one of the key parameters of this process, which was detected by a nuclear transmission gauge, and controled by discharge system. The propylene polymerization was carried out under the pressure of 2.2MPa, so the density of the gas phase medium will bring great influence on the bed material level measurement. To measured the reactor true powder bed level, the relationship between the powder level and radiation intensity was established in this paper, and been corrected based on the data of gas phase density. The formula corrected could be used in reactor operating conditions, when the date of reactor pressure, temperature and count rate of level meter receiver were abtained, the true powder bed level of reactor could be calculated.
