    The hydrogen sulfide content is very high in natural gas of high hydrogen sulfide gas filed. Compare with normal gas field, the wet parts materials and model selection and design of instrument are different from high hydrogen sulfide gas filed. According to the toxic and corrosion of hydrogen sulfide, and to the sulfur deposition in natural gas, selection and installation design of pressure instrument, temperature instrument, level instrument and flow instrument for high hydrogen sulfide gas filed are introduced. With the instrument maintenance experience of Sinopec Puguang gas field and Yuanba gas field, some design attentions and suggestions of instrument selection for high hydrogen sulfide gas filed are discussed.

    In the producing of polyester, the molar ratio of EG (Ethylene Glycol) to PTA (Pure Terephthalic Acid) as a very important process parameter will change according to the compositions of these two raw materials which will cause unsteadiness of product quality. The control strategy of multiple closed loop ratio of EG to PTA is usually used to control the ratio steady. But, as to the ratio itself, this control strategy is intrinsically an open loop. A novel control which is called cascade-ratio control strategy is established in this paper, which is based on an experiential formula demonstrating the relation of the density of mixture slurry to the ratio of EG to PTA. The density of the mixture of EG and PTA serves as the master variable and the molar ratio of EG to PTA is the slave variable. The effectiveness of the control strategy and the amending model has been checked by projects.

    Abstract: Aiming at the nonlinear, the unstable parameters of the working steam and the boundedness of traditional contribution plot method, a K-mean clustering-kernel entropy component analysis (KMC-KECA) fault diagnosis method was proposed. First mapped the data from low dimensional input space into a high dimensional feature space to achieve the nonlinear relationship between variable linear transformation.The data dimensionality reduction was conducted according to the kernel entropy eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Then a KMC kernel space contribution plot of fault diagnosis method was proposed, this method achieved fault diagnosis according reconfiguring the monitoring sample of fault times. At last, this method was applied in the fermentation process of penicillin fermentation, the results show that the proposed method has better fault diagnosis performance.

    Abstract: Fruit fly optimization algorithm intelligent algorithm which can get quickly the global optimal solution is higher than traditional method in computing precision and computing speed, but also is easy to fall into local optimum. In order to effectively obtain optimal PID parameters of AVR control system, this paper proposed a new optimization algorithm—the decrease of the iteration step value of fruit fly optimization algorithm. With the improved algorithm of PID parameter online setting, the simulation results show that the improved optimization algorithm can be obtained better control performance in PID controller, and improved algorithm has certain practical value.

    More than 5,000 pumping wells are running in the Huabei Oilfield. There are problems to the current management modes in two aspects. One is for pumping wells installed with wisdom-oilfield components, in the daily operation and maintenance, people at the well-site can’t access to the server and do data analysis or process the results, leading to well maintenance difficult and management efficiency low. The other is for non-network coverage pumping wells in remote area, we can’t make the remote digital control, the operating system can only rely on experienced artificially adjustments, lacking reasonable theoretical basis. To this end, based on Android platform, we developed a mobile power diagram econometric analyzing and querying system as well as a well-site data acquiring and analyzing system. This not only made the mobile phone a terminal which can access to the server processing results of the work area in security, but also made the mobile phone a data collecting and analyzing terminal at the well-site. The two systems had took a wide range of well-site application tests in Huabei oilfield, which dramatically lowered the labor intensity, improved the work efficiency and reduced the pumping wells’ management costs by up to 30%. The calculated production results showed the average relative error is only 5.1%, less than 10% of industry standards, which meets to the requirements of industrial applications.

    Aimed at the problems with the normal three-phase asynchronous motor used in self-priming pump, such as high failure rate, low speed range, low efficiency, only containing start and shut down, and unable to realize frequency conversion control, a type of asynchronous motor used in BLDC was developed. Field application shows that the BLDCM can realize carrying a gun at low speed and normal refueling operation at high speed, starting torque, efficiency, temperature rise, service life and other characteristics are superior to ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor. On the same operating conditions at gas stations, the BLDCM can save electricity above 30% compared with the normal three-phase asynchronous motor, the BLDCM has a broad prospect of promotion.

    In recent years, self refueling station, with its high efficiency and convenient features, is widely used in our country. The CCTV, call & intercom system, broadcast system, equipment control system and emergency stop system are integrated in the new device.
