    With the political value, it was important to guarantee safety operation of Chinese and Russia crude oil pipeline. Domestic scholars already carried out the research on Russia pipeline standard, with attaching great importance to process operation and pressure testing and pipeline pigging of the main pipeline. The paper selected Russia oil station operation technical standards, and compared with domestic relative standards in terms of oil pump unit operation and maintenance and inspection and safe management. The advancement of Russia standards were expounded in detail, such as preferred pressure regulating systems for pressure protection model, and process pipeline inspection period determination principle, and pump operation conditions and service limit assessment based on pump vibration inspection, pump emergency shutdown based on pipeline emergency conditions and excessive pump operation parameter, and diesel generator to start fire pump technology, station fire systems inspection period, and the logical interlock relationship between vent systems and combustible gas concentration and pump shutdown, and pump impeller cutting, and pump base sinking monitoring.Finally, by means of learning Russia standards, recommendations are made to raise China oil station operation and management level.

According to the project of methanol nature gas conversion and synthetic device is a process of condition and medium particularity,And as the result there have been the stringent requirement for the temperature measurement. This article proposed a better solution to temperature measurement for the special installation of natural gas synthesis conversion device including CRG Pre-reforming converter, reformer, and methanol synthesis converter. And this solution has obtained a good effect at the actual device operation.

    Abstract: Based on the temperature control system of acetone waste liquid treatment system has some characteristics,such as parameters time-varying,difficult to control and low stability,the temperature control system on the basis of the integral separation PID control algorithm and PLC S7-300 is designed,and use Simulink toolbox provided by MATLAB software to debug the temperature control system.the debugging results show that the system can eliminate the steady-state error of the system, improve the control precision and effectively enhance the stability of the system.

    Compared with the use of steam to transfer heat, Heat Transfer Fluids (HTF) has a feature of uniform heating, easy operation, and low operating pressure. It widely used in many field. Because of high temperature, Pyrolysis and Thermal polymerization in heating system, HTF will produces polymer dope , sediment and coke. It could damage the instrument. Usually we should install filter at the entrance of circulation pump. HTF has strict requirement for tightness. The high temperature oil is dangerous, if HTF leaks. Hot oil’s pressure drops suddenly, oil vapor could be lit easily. So the most important thing is preventing oil from leaking in design of HTF measurement. We use welding as far as possible, and use bellows seal instead of stuffing. Different grade of HTF has large differences in Density, enthalpy and viscosity, if we use enthalpy difference method to calculate heat flow, we should get detail data of HTF.

    Abstract: With the development of ultrasonic flowmeters technology, this type of flowmeter is widely used for custody transfer metering applications of crude oil in overseas oil fields. Because of the large production of overseas oilfield, the diameter of pipeline for transporting crude oil is larger, usually for 32"and above which requires the flowmeter has a wide range of measurement. The less the cross section of metering trains, the more economic it is. Because the liquid ultrasonic flowmeter has a wide measuring range, small pressure loss, and can be measured bidirectional, it has been used widely in overseas oil Industry. Liquid ultrasonic flowmeter needs higher requirements for the calibration. The calibration procedure is detailed in API MPMS5.8.

    Analysis of the thermowell focused mainly on the relationship between natural frequency and vortex shedding frequency. Stress analysis is often ignored. Based on the ASME PTC 19.3 TW 2010, this paper introduces four criterions to determine if a thermowell is applicable, including frequency limit, steady-state stress limit, dynamic stress limit and hydrostatic pressure limit. Finally, an instance verifies the validity of the method. Meantime, the effect of geometrical sizes on thermowell performance is also analyzed. The paper provides some guidelines for the selection of thermowell.

During repair the AHDEB oil field gas plant,ESD system was tested, the feasibility,the preparation,emergency measures,implementation steps,the key lies in the test are introduced, two sets of equipment,a set of is in maintenance,another of production. The difficulty of this test is to ensure that in the normal production of production equipment,maintenance units need to test valve and actuator equipment in the ESD system was triggered, immediately shut down the valve switches and stop equipments correctly.
