Abstract:November 2016, the State shall implement the comprehensive emission standards for industrial pollution sources in the outline of the thirteenth - year plan for national economic and social development in respect of environmental protection, combined with daily supervision/ pollution sources online monitoring, severely punished illegal/excessive emissions of enterprises. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of on-line monitoring and management of wastewater and flue gas emissions in petrochemical enterprises, combined with actual project, this paper introduces the principle and selection of the on-line environmental monitoring system, and the problems needing attention in the routine maintenance and management, regulating and strengthening the operation and supervision of environmental protection on-line monitoring system for petrochemical enterprises.

In order to solve the continuity problem of the frequency converter drive system in petrochemical industry, a solution of the hot-standby switching of the dual frequency converters is proposed. After analyzing the formation theory of the inrush current during switching process and overviewing the current status of various technologies, a practical dual frequency converters fast switching manner is put forward that applying the inverter speed tracking function combining its internal parameter and external switching time optimization. The key technical data of the scheme are obtained through the experiments, the result can meet the requirements of continuous production and reliability of the inverter application in the petrochemical industry.

In this paper, Tripod parallel robot wastaken as the object of study,the motion displacement equation was established by analyzing its structure,the inverse kinematics solution model of Tripod robot werederived.through motion displacement equationanalyzed, the Jacobi matrixwas deduced, and the velocity positive solution model and the acceleration forward solution model were obtained. Using the 3D solid modeling software UG to build the real assembly model of Tripod robot,and import the three-dimensional model into Adams for kinematic simulation, by setting the active arm rotation speed and the specified path, verify the correctness of the kinematics models.It provides a reference for the motion analysis, motion trajectory planning and motion control of Tripod robot.

Abstract:The initiative lung simulator is widely used in various medical and fire scene. The demerits of control system tracking process are found, e.g., nonlinear friction force of pneumatic cylinder at low speed, interference factors have higher sensitivity. For the above shortcomings, the improved mathematical model of control system is put forward, and the PD algorithm based on RBF adaptive compensation is used for position tracking control. Mathematical model of low speed friction of cylinder is added to the Mathematical model of traditional DC servo control system, which can effectively restrain the creeping phenomenon and ensure the stability of the cylinder motion. Meanwhile, the hybrid controller is a combination of a PD controller and a neural network which compensates for nonlinear friction, and achieve high precision of tracking control. MATLAB simulation results show that the improved mathematical model and control algorithm can effectively realize the position tracking of the initiative lung control system.

Abstract: iming at the limited groundwater resources, water level, and the lack of effective means of monitoring, in recent years, water wells, air pump dry burning phenomenon, affecting the normal development of the oil field, water wells online remote monitoring system has been successfully applied in Changqing Oilfield 28 wells, the water wells, remote online monitoring level the water pressure, water flow and electric submersible pump parameters, automatically pump to achieve low level and high level warning. It avoids the phenomena of empty well pumping and dry burning, optimizes the operation system of the water supply well, ensures the normal operation of the water source well, and guarantees the injection of sufficient water from the source.

The level measurement of the solid powder silo has been a difficult problem in the engineering design for a long time. It requires that either satisfy the process requirements or ensure the accuracy of the measurement. Especially in big soda silo there are no effective method once for all in the level measurement and instrument selection because of the complicated structure of silo and special characters of soda. Therefore, the microwave level switch is selected to measure the extreme high level of dense soda silo on the basis of silo structure and low density and small particle of soda. DCS receive the signal from microwave level switch to control the inlet to prevent fills overflow before the silo is full filled. The storage space of silo can be made the best using and the safety and economy of production also can be ensured.
