    The Difference Research on Pipeline Valve Stations Design Standards at Home and Abroad

    Pipeline valve station was the important facilities to ensure the safe operation of long distance pipeline. It can reduce oil leakage loss and environmental pollution. There are several problems in the design of pipeline valve station in China. It should be unified and specified at the standard level, such as the lack of flexibility in valve site selection and spacing, the difference in valve station crossing and over-crossing , the design of check valve, and the poor reliability of valve station in remote areas. The pipeline valve station design standards of USA, Russia and Canada were selected, and the important technical differences between domestic and foreign valve station design standards were studied, and the practical experience of foreign pipeline valve station design and operation management was introduced, such as the site selection principle of reducing oil leakage risk and economic loss, 10% and 25% distance adjustment for oil and gas pipeline valve station in special area, the RTU valve station setting principle, the recommended practice of river crossing and over-crossing valve station, valve station power demand to determine the power supply mode, preferred to use above-ground valve station, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the design standard of pipeline valve station in China.

    Abstract: The text discusses detection and alarm system for combustible and poisonous gas based on the characteristic of instrumentation control system structure for large joint chemical plant, the function and characteristic of safety instrumented system etc. In conjunction with the existing relevant standard/code and the document issued by the relevant authority, concludes that detection and alarm system for combustible and poisonous gas does not belong to safety instrumented system, SIL is not needed to be considered when setting up detection and alarm system for combustible and poisonous gas, puts forward setting up mode for detection and alarm system for combustible and poisonous gas of newly built up and modified/extended plant, improvement approach to detection and alarm system for combustible and poisonous gas for the production plant in operation.

    Abstract:by effectively controlling the oil-water interface of the storage tank, the separation effect of the storage tank can be improved and the treatment time can be saved. If the oil-water interface is not controlled well, it will lead to high water content (less than 0.5%) of the purified oil or high oil content in the bottom water, which will adversely affect the subsequent treatment process. Aiming at storage tanks in oil and gas station oil-water interface problem of poor measurement accuracy, the multiple sections of capacitance sensor combined with PLC control, from the principle of measurement, the overall design and communication protocol are introduced, the application can realize fast and exact measurement of oil-water interface, and electromagnetic valve to form closed-loop control logic, guarantee the effect of crude oil transmission, improves the load rate of oil and gas station, the station of the storage tank control design be used for reference in the future.

    Based on the direct torque control algorithm, this paper analyzes the mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous motor, and introduces the principle of each part of direct torque control algorithm in detail.By analyzing the torque ripple problem of traditional direct torque control method, the effective method of reducing torque ripple is studied.In this paper, SVPWM (space voltage vector pulse width modulation) is adopted to reduce torque ripple.Then, by using the Simulink module in Matlab, the simulation models of the traditional direct torque control system and the direct torque control system based on voltage space vector pulse width modulation were set up respectively. By comparing the simulation results of the two systems, the effectiveness of the improved direct torque control system in improving the electromagnetic torque pulsation was further verified.

    Based on the in-depth analysis of the process characteristics, control scheme and calculation formula of thermal efficiency of the traditional heating furnace of oil refinery, this paper puts forward a feed-forward PID control scheme, which is composed of feed-feedback oxygen-content PID control by adopting the negative-pressure gap PID control in the furnace and the output of the temperature controller at the outlet of the heating furnace.This scheme can effectively overcome the disturbance of load or fuel properties of heating furnace. Traditional heating furnace USES oxygen content controller to control air duct baffle or frequency modulated blower single loop PID control performance delay and delay.At the same time, it can effectively overcome the frequent movement of the flue baffle, resulting in adverse effects.It has significant effect on reducing smoke exhaust temperature, reducing excess air coefficient and improving thermal efficiency.

    In order to improve the recognition rate of face recognition, an algorithm based on histogram equalization and using local and global aspects to represent face recognition is proposed. Firstly, the data set is processed by histogram equalization, then Gabor wavelet transform and principal component analysis algorithm are used to reduce the local features, and then the global features extracted by the improved algorithm PCA_LDA are used for feature fusion. The recognition rate and principal component analysis are obtained. The recognition rate obtained by the linear discriminant analysis algorithm is compared. Finally, the ORL face recognition library is used to verify the results. The experimental results show that the method improves the recognition rate of face recognition.

    In order to realize the omni-directional and no dead angle monitoring of dangerous sources in the high risk operation of petrochemical enterprises, effective prevention of safety accidents. Through integrated network technology, video technology, gas detection technology and wireless positioning technology, combined with the requirements of high explosion protection of petrochemical enterprises, a mobile multi-function explosion protection monitoring terminal device has been developed. With the use of modern information technology, such as Internet of things and mobile applications, the remote monitoring platform for high risk operation of petrochemical industry is developed. The results have been promoted and applied in some enterprises of Sinopec and Shenhua Group. The results show that the equipment and platform have solved the problem of the whole process and omni-directional monitoring of the high-risk special operations. Through video surveillance and integration of hazardous gas detection, workplace location, intelligent alarm and linkage, strengthen enterprise risk monitoring, early warning, detection, analysis and emergency the disposal capacity,improve the scene of the operation risk control ability and the level of safety supervision.

    In view of the large number of gaps in Changqing oil pipeline overturning, with the increase of pipe age, oil pipeline leakage accidents occur from time to time due to the existence of corrosion perforation leaks, which will lead to a series of adverse consequences such as oil leakage, environmental pollution, etc.. Stop production, rescue, fill leakage, It requires a lot of manpower and material resources, and it takes a lot of time. Its economic losses are very huge. Develop an online monitoring system for oil pipeline corrosion leaks, install sound wave sensors at both ends of the pipeline, receive and monitor the infrasound signals generated in the pipeline in real time, determine whether leaks occur, and calculate the time difference between the infrasound signals to reach both ends of the pipeline. The location of the leak, The pressure and flow of the pipeline are used as auxiliary parameters for leak monitoring. In October 2017, the field application was carried out on the pipeline of the third oil recovery plant in Changqing Oilfield, and the application effect was good.

    The defect echo signals are often suffered from scan system and background noise when detecting internal and external flaws of oil pipeline through ultrasonic testing method. Especially for detecting tiny flaws, the lower amplitude echo signals are easily submerged in noise. Wavelet packet threshold method can restrain the noise interference, however, the limitation and dis-advantages of this method still exist. In response to this issue, a new approach of de-noising based on wavelet packet and singular value decomposition (SVD) was advanced in this paper. The echo signals were decom-posed with wavelet packets by utilizing the optimal wavelet functions. The high frequency noise was re-moved according to the energy distribution ratio of different frequency band and then the extracted energy distribution band was decomposed by singular value. Eventually an adaptive filter was realized after deter-mining the effective echo signal area through singular entropy analysis. Experimentally analysis shows that the algorithm of de-noising based on wavelet packet and singular value decomposition can not only remove the high frequency noise, but also effectively remove the low frequency noise, echo signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was improved greatly.

    Kenli 3-2 oilfield is the crude oil transportation hub of Kenli oilfield group. If the false alarm of the key shutdown signal occurs, it will lead to different levels of oil fields shutdown, then bringing great production loss and oil spill risk. Through technical transformation of the 15 key signals , multiple modules was input to the same voting mode to optimize the ESD system. Results indicated that this operation improved the reliability and safety of the ESD system well.
