Oil and gas leakage, fire explosion and other emergencies have become a major risk factor for long-distance pipelines. Making scientific emergency plan and response disposal procedure can effectively control oil and gas diffusion and reduce accident loss. China have no special pipeline emergency control standard, and with problems such as inconsistent emergency disposal, poor operability and cohesion of emergency plan. The paper introduced the advanced experiences and practices of the United States, Canada and Russia in pipeline emergency response, including accident command system (ICS)based on modularization and resource optimization as an organization for emergency response. The first responder exercises the command power of the initial control and rescue of the accident. According to the nature and severity of the accident to carry out the quantitative classification of the accident, and the emergency site sub-regional management and the field pollutant control.In addition, it also included medical rescue, pipeline public warning program, pipeline operators and news media communication, emergency plan change timeliness, diverse emergency plan drill. Finally, according to the actual situation of China oil and gas pipeline, the developing suggestions on emergency control technical specification of oil and gas pipeline in China were put forward.

A 24V, 4-pole and 36-slot low voltage and high current induction motor was taken as an example. Considering the performance of the induction motor, take six parameters, such as stator slot width, slot depth, slot depth and rotor slot, are selected as variables, and the maximum torque, starting torque and efficiency are taken as optimization objectives. The computer aided motor design software ANSYS EM and Taguchi orthogonal experiment were used to verify the influence of relevant parameters on the performance of the motor. Time-delay and nonlinearity are two main problems leading to bad predicting accuracy in the soft sensing of industrial process. Aiming at these problems, a dynamic soft sensing method based on multi-model fusion and time-delay variable selection is proposed in this paper. At first, a time-delay variable selection strategy is introduced, in which the evaluation index of joint mutual information is defined according to comentropy, the optimal time-delay variables and historical data length are obtained using spiral optimization algorithm under maximal mutual information index. Then, combining the advantages of Gaussian model and regular extreme learning machine, the prediction of industrial process parameters are realized by the dynamic cross-fusion between two models. At last, for the application of actual debutanizer device, the partial least squares, least square support vector machine and proposed method are used to solve the soft sensing problems. Simulation result shows that the proposed method has good predicting accuracy and robustness.

In this paper, the oil and gas well pumping unit is introduced to automatically change the speed in a single cycle according to the change of the downhole load, simulate the artificial lifting force, improve the pumping efficiency and save the energy. The system uses the method of summarizing the dynamometer card, analyzes the pumping load change curve, looks for load mutation spikes, compares the change pattern of the load curve in the upstroke and downstroke of the pumping unit, and finely controls the pumping speed to one mining cycle, the curvature of the sucker rod is reduced, the effective stroke is increased, the mechanical impact of the pumping unit is reduced, the underground production pump is filled with as much liquid as possible, the service life of the pumping unit is prolonged, and the application purpose of increasing production and reducing consumption is achieved.

Aiming at the nonlinearity caused by the use of reducer in electric loading system, thispaper presents a method based on simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the initial parameters of fuzzy neural network PID controller. In this method, the fuzzy neural network based on Mamdani model has used to self-tune the PID controller parameters through online BP learning algorithm, and the initial value of fuzzy neural network is adjusted offline with particle swarm optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing. Through simulation and experiment, the comparison among the algorithm designed in this paper and the incremental PID controller and particle swarm-fuzzy neural network PID controller proves that the controller designed in this paper has good stability, validity and rapidity.

Pigging in oil and gas pipeline transportation is an important, necessary and what’s more a high-risk operation. With the vapid developing of the pipeline transportation, the demand for real-time trajectory monitoring of pigging devices is increasing. This paper introduces the application of the Fiber Warning System (FWS) in monitoring the real-time trajectory of pig. The vibration signal produced by the pig can be detected and located by the FWS, so the real-time trajectory monitoring of the pig can be realized. The real-time trajectory monitoring result of the pig in a product oil pipeline shows that the monitoring and positioning performance of the system is good, and this system has important practical value.

The monitoring cabinet is mainly composed of current and voltage instrument unit for monitoring cathodic protection, adjustable DC power supply switching power supply unit and highly integrated remote control terminal RTU module unit. It has the advantages of high operating efficiency, safe pressure regulation, small volume, light weight, low input cost, convenient networking, stable and reliable data transmission, powerful functions and so on. It can carry out cathodic protection for cluster casing and realize digital remote monitoring.
