    Long-distance pipeline was an energy infrastructure, and it was of great significance to ensure the safety of oil and gas station . The newly built China-Russia oil and gas pipelines are mainly laid in the severely cold and frozen areas. Russia and the United States have accumulated mature experience in pipeline operation and management in severely cold and frozen areas. From the aspects of automatic fire-fighting system, fire dike, venting of oil pump room, grounding of electrical device and station safety protection , the advanced experience and practice of oil and gas station safety technology in Russia and the United States were expounded, such as high level automatic fire-fighting system, different types of acousto-optic alarm signals, large capacity and anti-leakage design of soil fire dike, high grade of oil pump room venting system, and protective devices to prevent vehicles and animals from breaking into. Finally, suggestions was put forward to improve the safety design level of oil and gas stations in China by learning Russian and American standards .

    3D model design is widely used in engineering industry. While domestic owner’s quality requirement’s increase, I&C discipline participated more in 3D model design. This paper discussed about I&C discipline’s scope of work in multi-discipline synergy work of model design, also described and discussed about key points of checking and approving work. I&C engineer can verify process and piping design via 3D model, in order to achieve higher design accuracy.

    The influence of vibration on the temperature sensor can not be ignored, and the extreme vibration will shorten the life of the temperature sensor, which means frequent downtime and higher operating cost. The vibration-resistant temperature measuring element should be selected for the specific working condition analysis. Taking the thermometer failure of the exit of a natural gas pipeline compressor as an example, the problems that should be paid attention to in the design and selection of the thermometer protection sleeve are put forward.

    There are large number of flammable and explosive media in petroleum refining and chemical enterprises, and many processes are still high temperature and high pressure, and gas leakage is likely to occur, which is prone to fire and explosion accidents. Highly reliable F&GS is ideal for use in petrochemical companies. The article takes a refinery project in Kazakhstan as an example to give a brief introduction to F&GS general solutions in international refinery projects, including design principles, network structure, hardware and software configuration, chain logic and so on.Moreover, the current domestic petrochemical enterprises fire monitoring program and its existing problems are briefly introduced, and the future application prospects of F&GS in domestic petrochemical enterprises are prospected.

    Because the skills of operators of aromatic hydrocarbon adsorption units can not be fully trained in daily life, the lack of experience often endangers the safety of production; at the same time, because the special control system of adsorption tower is complex, the control precision is high, and the skill level of operators is directly related to the quality of follow-up products and product yield, which requires the development of simulation system and off-line training of operators, through repeated drilling and troubleshooting exercises to gain enough experience. In view of the actual situation of the user equipment, a customized device model is established, taking full account of the actual production conditions and the operation mechanism of each unit. The control system of the adsorption tower is completely replicated and simulated, thus realizing a series of functions, such as operation simulation training, control strategy verification, process plan research, advanced control assistance, and so on. To help enterprises effectively improve the skills of operators, achieve device safety, stability and long-term optimal operation, but also can guide, verify and optimize the development of proprietary control systems.

    The equipment cost, energy cost and Total Annual Cost (TAC) of gas fractionation unit in natural gas processing plant can be reduced through integrate three design optimization measures involve seeking for the optimal feed position of depropanizer and debutanizer, and increasing preheating heat exchanger to preheat feedstock, the interrelationship between the various process parameters of system is changed simultaneously. In order to study the impact of process optimization on the dynamic characteristics of the gas fractionation unit, the dynamic models of basic design and process optimization design were established by Aspen Dynamics based on the steady-state model. The dynamic controllability of the designs were evaluated by feed flow and feed composition disturbance change respectively. It shows that under the dual temperature control scheme, in comparison with the basic design, the process optimization design can not only enhance system thermodynamic efficiency and steady-state economic characteristics, but also improve the dynamic characteristics of the system. The research conclusions have an important guidance purpose for the production and development of gas fractionation unit.

    In view of the fact that the existing cluster anode wells with cathodic protection are open hole completion wells, the wellbore is easy to collapse after running for a period of time, which causes the anode body and the gas outlet pipeline to be damaged by the buried anode wells or can not be replaced directly after consuming the anode wells, the anode wells need to be reconstructed with high cost, causing certain lag in management and maintenance. The effect of cathodic protection is weakened. Cluster well group on-line cathodic protection double anode well prolongs the service life of anode well. When anode well fails, the old double anode body can be pulled out by exhaust pipe and single-core cable together, and then the new double anode body can be put down to achieve the purpose of reusing anode bed, avoiding repeated drilling anode well work, and filling the cathodic protection. The blank period saves the cost of re drilling, and is also conducive to environmental protection in well site. From 2016 to 2017, 5 cluster well groups in Changqing Oilfield were applied on site and the results were satisfactory.

    Special frequency converter is used to manually adjust the frequency to control the output of ESP in Tahe Oil Field. With the increasing complexity of oil well production, when the current is in intermittent peak fluctuation, the frequency converter can not take action in time, resulting in overload protection shutdown. To reduce the management difficulty of ESP and reduce the risk of downtime, an automatic frequency control chip is used in the current inverter, the device works by setting a reasonable current value, when the current fluctuation value exceeds the reasonable current value, the inverter automatically cut frequency to reduce the motor output power until the current is under the reasonable current value. when the current is in smooth operation, frequency converter automatically restores the original frequency to reduce frequency and avoid the risk of downtime. Automatic frequency control chip is used in 11 Wells, the average monthly downtime is reduced by 18 times; 3 Wells are not inspected; the production is increased by 1,140 tons; the lean oil waste is reduced by 3,500 tons; and the input-output ratio is 1:182.

    Based on the requirements of the safety interlock of the wellhead control panel, combined with the actual project, four solutions of safety interlocking of wellhead control panel were put forward, and the characteristics of the scheme were compared and analyzed. According to the working conditions of the project, a reliable and economical solution was chosen. Through the on-site test and testing of the equipment, the intended purpose has been achieved, the safety of the wellhead production and production system has been improved, and the interlock control of the oil and gas well has been ensured.

In the stage of Engineering design, SIS test and maintenance facilities should be considered and designed, discussing the design and implementation of SIS functional test and maintenance, and mainly discusses the design contents of test and maintenance facilities for measuring instruments and final elements, and handling the measuring instruments’ “bad value” signal, and design of two main test and maintenance methods and facilities for final components.
