There are always fixed piers along the pipeline or crossings in the pipeline during the operation of long-distance pipelines. For pipelines with cathodic protection, these places are more likely to produce shielding effect on negative current and increase the corrosion risk of pipelines. Based on the analysis of corrosion cases in oil field, it is found that corrosion often occurs in the pipeline inside the casing. The reasons for the shielding of cathodic protection current by the casing or the corrosion of the pipeline are discussed emphatically, and the corrective measures are given in view of the above corrosion situation.

In this paper, the factors causing the exhaust failure of natural gas pipeline are systematically analyzed, and the failure tree of natural gas pipeline exhaust failure which takes the exhaust failure of natural gas pipeline as the top event is established. Through the analysis of the fault tree of natural gas pipeline emptying, the reasons affecting the emptying failure are found, the probability of the pipeline emptying failure is obtained, and the corresponding measures are put forward to improve the reliability of the natural gas pipeline emptying system.

According to the discharge and production needs of special oil Wells in oil field, an adaptive measurement and control system for mobile hydraulic pumping unit is developed by integrating hydraulic drive technology, electrical control technology, adaptive control algorithm and indicator diagram acquisition algorithm under irregular motion curve.The system adopts the position identification buffer algorithm to solve the confluence vibration problem caused by frequent reversing of energy storage hydraulic pumping unit.Based on the characteristics of hydraulic drive system, an adaptive control algorithm for special extraction process is developed.According to the practical application, the indicator diagram acquisition algorithm of the irregular moving pumping unit with hanging point is developed.As a supplement to the conventional pumping unit, the system can greatly save the investment cost of oil production equipment, reduce the management difficulty and management cost, and is especially suitable for the intermittent discharge and production of oil Wells.

In view of the current situation of anti-corrosion of oil pipelines, conventional manual detection can not meet the needs of the field, and the existing online monitoring technology has its own limitations. An on-line monitoring system for anticorrosion effect of oil pipeline has been developed, which has the characteristics of fast, accurate and automated detection of anticorrosion effect. It can determine the state and rate of corrosion damage of buried oil pipeline, predict the safe service life of oil pipeline, avoid the hidden danger of corrosion leakage, optimize the optimal dosage of corrosion inhibitor, and evaluate the forced external power supply of oil pipeline. Flow cathodic protection results in effective control of pipeline corrosion.
