Central Asia, China-Myanmar and China-Russia pipelines have become an important energy strategic channel in China. In order to improve the scientificity of pipeline design and safeguard the interests of China, it was necessary to study the differences in pipeline process design between China standard, American standard and Russian standard. The important technical differences between domestic and foreign standards, including pipeline steel, location class, design factors, wall thickness calculation and pressure test, were studied.The conclusion was that China standard of pipe selection was stricter than American standard, only PLS2 grade pipe was selected, and Russian standard pays attention to the tensile strength of pipe. China standard and American standard divide location class according to the number of households along the pipeline. The Russian Standard divides location class according to the type, location of the pipeline section and the risk level of the transmission medium. The design coefficients of location Class 1 division 1 of GB are 0.8 or 0.72, and those of location Class 1 division 1 of US Standard are 0.8, which are not identical with those of pipeline working factors in Russian standard. China standard and American standard calculate the wall thickness according to the yield strength of pipeline, Russian standard calculate the wall thickness according to the tensile strength of pipeline; The calculated wall thickness of Russian standard was higher than that of China standard and American standard.The Russian standard was stricter in pressure test medium and duration time. There was a gap between China standard and American standard and Russian standard in high strength hydraulic test. The research results can provide reference and guidance for the design and acceptance of new overseas pipelines in China.

CSTR is widely used in chemical, fuel, pharmaceutical and other processes. Due to its complex mechanism, multivariable coupling and strong nonlinearity, traditional control of CSTR is difficult to achieve ideal results. This paper presents an application of Economic Model Predictive Control (EMPC) to a class of CSTR. As a kind of nonlinear MPC, mechanism models are employed to predict and optimize. The control strategy minimizes the economic objective function under the process constraints composed by mechanism models, bounds, quality and security etc. Several kinds of objective functions for different demands are also analyzed and discussed. The effectiveness of EMPC is illustrated with some numerical simulations.

The Hybrid Bat Algorithm proposed in this paper combines the standard bat algorithm with niche ideas, and introduces the velocity and position update formulas in the particle swarm optimization algorithm. In this paper, the optimization experiments of the acceleration parameters of the linear motor motion model are carried out by using BA and HBA respectively. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to locate the leakage area and defect area accurately in the process of oil and gas pipeline inspection, this paper presents an automatic detection method for oil and gas pipeline defects based on multi-data fusion. Firstly, UAV and infrared thermal imaging technology are used to collect the infrared image of oil field pipeline in segments and upload it to the processing system through mobile terminal in real time. Then, an improved weighted median filter algorithm is used to denoise the infrared image, and the pipeline area is automatically identified according to the comprehensive features to improve the detection efficiency. Sobel operator and Canny operator process image of pipeline area, and weighted average the two images. Finally, Haar wavelet is used to decompose the high-frequency component, and the location where the high-frequency component coincides with the temperature anomaly area in infrared image is the defect area of oil and gas pipeline. The experimental results show that the method can accurately locate the defective areas of oil and gas pipelines, with the highest accuracy of 97.8%, and the detection efficiency has also been improved.

In this paper, the shielding mechanism of this method is discussed in depth.
