It’s difficult to maintain vapor recovery air to liquid volume ratio stable by mechanical regulation.In order to solve the problem,feedback-based A/L ratio closed-loop regulation is developed.By means of real time monitoring of A/L ratio and regulation of variable frequency vacuum pump,the A/L ratio tends to be a target value.The system of A/L ratio and regulation was tested in gas station,the test results indicate that the volatility of A/L ratio significantly decreases,the stability and qualifying rate are obviously improved.

In order to solve the problem of vibration ultrahigh of two centrifugal compressors in Yulin Station of Yulin-Jinan gas pipeline.In this paper, using condition monitoring technology, the vibration signals of compressors are comprehensively analyzed by various chart, and the aerodynamic performance of the compressors is calculated. The cause of the vibration fault is the imbalance of the rotor caused by the rotor scaling. Meanwhile, the data before and after maintenance are compared. On the basis of fault diagnosis, the compressor was disassembled and repaired, and the vibration level of the compressor was restored to normal. The practicability and effectiveness of condition monitoring technology in the maintenance of centrifugal compressor were verified. The treatment of the problem has certain reference significance for the diagnosis and maintenance of similar equipment in the future.

Abstract: The realization of intelligent production has become a very clear development goal of the petrochemical industry. Yanshan Petrochemical Company is in the forefront of the industry in the construction of intelligent factories, in the three-tier platform of traditional petrochemical enterprises (process control layer, production execution layer, operation On the basis of management, a big data analysis platform was built, and the instrument predictive maintenance system was developed and successfully applied to the site. In order to make submersible electric pump more flexible to adapt to the changes of well conditions, the maximum liquid production can be obtained with reducing the operating cost and without readjusting the unit specifications. The inverter is usually used to drive the electric submersible pump on the ground, the working condition parameters uploaded by the underground monitoring device in real time enable the ground frequency converter to automatically adjust within the high efficiency area,the discharge and head of the underground submersible pump will be also changed. At the same time, it is seamlessly connected with the remote monitoring system to realize the digital management of oil wells. This paper analyzes the core technology of accessory electrical products for artificial lift of oil, including variable frequency driving technique, downhole sigal measuring and transmitting, surface data remotely transmitting, and also has intelligent control and fault diagnosis technique which is base on internet communication and expert system. These core technologies are really important for prolonging the running life of artificial lifts and promoting the efficiencies of equipments.
