    A vibration sensor of fiber optic microcantilever beam is proposed to detect the leakage of pressure pipe by detecting the vibration signal caused by the leakage. Fiber micro cantilevers are prepared by picosecond ultrashort laser and focusing ion beam. The experimental results of 2mm leakage aperture and 1.5 MPa, 2.5 MPa and 3.5 MPa leakage pressure show that the sensor can detect vibration signal near buried gas pipeline with a minimum value of 0.05g. The vibration signal caused by leakage can be effectively detected within 30cm of the gas pipeline and can be used for gas pipeline leak monitoring and early warning.

    Abstract: The near-infrared laser absorption spectroscopy technology based on tunable semiconductors uses the absorption lines of ammonia gas in the near-infrared band to generate high-frequency sine wave and triangular wave signals through the STM32 chip,stable driving of DFB laser by constant current circuit to realize fast gas detection. This technique has the advantages of high accuracy, free from cross-interference of background gas and easy to use. The exhaust gas in the catalyst manufacturing process has the characteristics of high temperature, high water vapor content, and high dust concentration, The scattering of water vapor and the reflection of dust lead to the poor detection effect of the laser gas analyzer on the external exhaust tail and the measurement accuracy low, the laser transmittance shows only 0-10%. In the later stage of equipment debugging, the introduction of auxiliary tooling for the in-situ laser gas analyzer increased the laser transmittance to 60%-80%, successfully eliminating the impact of the above-mentioned harsh working conditions on the measurement accuracy.

    The circulating gas compressor K201/251 of a petrochemical company's 2# polypropylene unit is a complete set of equipment made by KOBELCO, Japan. The control system of the unit is realized by Siemens PLC S7-300. The PLC of S7-300 series is a non-redundant control system. The failure of a single hardware or communication network will directly lead to the abnormal operation of the control system. Since the start of construction in 2013, frequent PLC system failures have resulted in compressor interlock shutdown, leading to several unplanned shutdown of the device. At the same time, the PLC system has no SOE event recording function, and the system clock is not synchronized, so it is impossible to find out the reason for shutdown in the first time. During the plant shutdown in 2022, the original PLC system was transformed into Honeywell DCS system, and the modified control system hardware and network structure realized redundant configuration, while supporting online card replacement, online installation procedures, etc. Greatly improve the reliability of unit control system, equipment maintenance and process operation.

    Radar measurement is widely used because of its large measurement range, easy installation, high reliability and no influence of medium pressure, temperature and other changes. This paper describes the architecture and configuration of radar system for field bus storage tank and the precautions for the installation of the level gauge. A comparative analysis is made on the settings of the field bus type Raptor radar system and the non-field bus type Rex radar system by taking the design and application of a refinery product tank farm as an example. The practice shows that using Raptor radar system to monitor the acquisition signals of large tanks can reduce cable laying, and the field bus radar can really play its role in tank measurement.

    The large-scale construction of storage tanks has led to the continuous increase of operational risks. In addition, the strict accountability of national laws and regulations has improved the design level of storage tank fire fighting system and capacity. Based on the case law of foreign tank fire accidents, the necessity of preventing tank fire and full surface fire is proposed. It is pointed out that the supply intensity of foam in the fixed fire protection system of storage tank is low, and it does not meet the technical requirements for remedying the full surface fire of storage tank. The research status and practical experience of high-power and mobile fire-fighting equipment abroad are described. From the aspects of tank engineering design, foam supply intensity grade, product development and technical reserve, the paper puts forward suggestions and measures for the engineering design of large-scale tank fire fighting system, aiming to improve the level of tank safety management and emergency support capacity of fire protection system in China.
