In order to reduce the operation cost of enterprises, improve the utilization rate of instruments, improve the quality of instrument maintenance and repair. The main reason of high failure rate of valve Positioner is analyzed from the air path part which is most easily damaged, and the internal structure and control principle of piezoelectric module are introduced in detail. It is found that the frequent action of piezoelectric valve in positioner caused by valve leakage is the main cause of positioner failure. By replacing the isolation diaphragm and the inlet/outlet piezoelectric valve, the problem that the positioner's air path component is easy to be damaged is solved. It ensures the smooth operation of the plant and provides a reference for peer maintenance and repair.
