South Yolotan gas reservoir lies in desert area of Turkmenistan with very low population density. The regional climate is extremely harsh and the temperature difference between day and night is very large. Local temperature in winter can be lower than -20 deg C. Because of the severe climate condition, the operation of the natural gas gathering station is put to a severe test. Based on application status of electric tracing in the South Yolotan gas, the factors affecting which may lead to system fault are analyzed. According to the problem which appeared on the scene, the countermeasures and the improvement direction are presented. Which can provide good example for popularization and application of the electric tracing technology.

Abstract: According to the problem about low control accuracy of PTA slurry preparation in traditional PET, a cascade ratio control strategy which the variables are PTA slurry density and EG mixture for the PTA slurry preparation was designed based on the mathematical model of esterification reaction and analyses of control variable. Foam drainage gas recovery is main technology of Recovery Gas by discharge Water in Sulige gas field. At present, the wellhead device of automatic filling foaming agent is mainly for single well, As for cluster gas wells still take filling mode of single well, will cause the increase of production cost. In this regard, the automatic injection device of the cluster wells has been developed. The device has more exports because of the multi-channel electromagnetic valve island, and these exports are respectively connected to the each position of casing pressure , and centrally controlled by the RTU. Control valves with micro flowrates (CV <0.1), for high pressure difference (△P> 10Mpa) working applications, inevitably cause flashing or cavatition,which issues in problems such as mechanical vibration, stem breakage, erosion of the sealing surface, noises and so on.To decrease them, a orifice plate was introduced with multi-stages as throttling elements,aiming at the achievement of proportional pressure difference between stages, which could reduce flashing, cavatition and erosion in sealing area. Firstly, the key dimensions was determined by use of formulas ,and then CFD software was used to calculate the fluid conditions inside the valve. The result of numerical simulation and flow test, eventually shows that the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are reliable.
