    Application analysis of image flame detector in the field of coal chemical industry

    This paper mainly introduced the characteristics of the image flame detector and detailed analyzed the application situation and prospects in the field of coal chemical industry. The article first brief introduce the history of development, technology development phase and the standers which made in China or abroad of the image flame detector .Then by chart formulated sensitivity in resolution and all kinds of detection parameters of this kind of detector are superior to other devices under the background of the current technology .Wide use range, the characteristics of fire and fewer false positives make it more widely applied in industrial environment conditions. In this paper, even according to the factors which caused fire in industrial environment, we analyzed and compared the effectiveness of several detection methods. Conclusion: The image flame detector flame detector can be faster, more accurate, effectively stop the spread of fire and reduce the occurrence of major accidents in the field of coal chemical industry

    Abstract:The major oil tank inventory metering and measurement design strategies used for petrochemical oil refinery Tank Farm be described in the article. According to processing requirement, oil tanks are classified in atmospheric tank, low pressure tank and pressure tank, also metering tank and non-metering tank. Tank inventory metering and measurement Instrument design schemes should be defined based on above classification. Suitable types of instrument selection and alarm setting are Tank Inventory Metering and Measurement System’s design basis. The common methods for oil tank inventory metering such as Hybrid Tank Measurement System, Volumetric method, Hydrostatic Tank Gauging are narrated, and compare differences among of them. The article enumerated successful and practice engineering design schemes and methods.

    In order to solve the problems when checking chemical instrumentations in a complex environment, the instrumentation wireless searching system was designed by using C8051F930 as the control core. Acousto-optic alarm was achieved by phone-controlled searching device to locate the instrumentation. The system consists of main control chip, Bluetooth module and peripheral circuit, and the software part includes app and searching device control software. The system communicates with the searching devices on instrumentations via app based on Bluetooth module, and drives the buzzer sounding or LED flashing to help the staff find the instrumentation he wants to check. The experiment proves that the system normal working time is more than 6 months, and provides a feasible method for checking instrumentations more efficiently and accurately.

    Chemical processing of coal is with characteristic of high ammonia nitrogen, the key factor to reach the standard of ammonia nitrogen treatment in sewage is accurate measurement. The measurement principle of ammonia nitrogen analyzer is discussed, merits and faults, application range of two different measuring principle of ammonia nitrogen analyzers are compared. The factors should be considered in engineering design of ammonia nitrogen analyzer are introduced in detail. Several application cases of ammonia nitrogen analyzer in sewage disposal plant of Chemical Processing of Coal are introduced.

    With the political value, it was important to guarantee safety operation of Chinese and Russia crude oil pipeline. Domestic scholars already carried out the research on Russia pipeline standard, with attaching great importance to process operation and pressure testing and pipeline pigging of the main pipeline. The paper selected Russia oil station operation technical standards, and compared with domestic relative standards. The advancement of Russia standards were expounded in detail, such as preferred pressure regulating systems for pressure protection model, and process pipeline inspection period determination principle, and pump operation conditions and service limit assessment based on pump vibration inspection, pump emergency shutdown based on pipeline emergency conditions and excessive pump operation parameter, and diesel generator to start fire pump technology, station fire systems inspection period, and the logical interlock relationship between vent systems and combustible gas concentration and pump shutdown.Finally, by means of learning Russia standards, recommendations are made to raise China oil station operation and management level.

    The application of safety instrumented system in petrochemical industry has been increasing rapidly since the completion and improvement of industry legal system. As the distribution of “Code for design of safety instrumented system in petrochemical engineering”, the design process of safety instrumented system is regulated further. However, the importance of human machine interface has been paid less attention while people focus more on sensor, final element and logic solver in design process and do not understand the code thoroughly, which lead to less reliability of safety instrumented system. In this paper, the author analyzes the function of main human machine interface in operator workstations, maintenance of override switch, operational override switch, emergency shut-down button, reset push button, alarm indicator and auxiliary consoles in safety instrumented system and also analyze the existing problems in detail. Moreover, the recommended solution is put forward, which has been checked by installation, production and operation turns out to be reliable. It can be used as reference for designer in petrochemical industry.

    Abstract: In the process of industrial production, the alarm flooding caused the operator oversight and wrong operation, causing casualties, property damage, such as dire consequences, in order to enhance the security of industrial production process, the alarm flooding is a key problem. This article will through the dynamic fuzzy clustering algorithm is adopted to process industry alarm system for reasonable grouping, and K- means algorithm is used to determine the clustering center and on the alarm level, combined with the process to optimize industrial flue gas desulfurization system of alarm information and verify the validity and practicability of the optimization algorithm, so as to realize the purpose of reduce alarm rate.
