During the 12th five-year plan period, China oil product pipeline developed rapidly. The main problem was few kinds of oil product transportation, insufficient capacity of mixed oil treatment, poor interface batch detection. It was important to improve China oil product pipeline construction and operation level through learning foreign oil product pipeline idea. The paper selected comprehensive Russian oil product pipeline standard , and the applicability of foreign oil products pipeline operation technology was expounded, which was based on China oil product pipeline practice, including arrangement principle for transporting various oil product, optimize pipeline transportation process design and alternate oil interface adding isolation liquid to reduce the amount of mixing oil, improve facilities operating procedure at initial station to reduce initial mixing oil, the control concentration of the gasoline - diesel cutting point is 5% ~ 95% to reduce the length of the intermediate mixture length, and the blending treatment of mixed oil was preferred. Finally, reasonable recommendations are made to raise the level of construction and operation standards of Chinese oil product pipeline.

The cable tray fill rate calculation in national standards is always simple and not much clear. Concerning this issue, based on 392.22 section of NFPA National Electrical Code 2014 Edition, this paper puts forward concepts of cable tray fill rate for different cable laying methods, refers to concept of cable tray fill margin coefficient, and then presents the fill rate calculation for different cable trays and different cables, and in the end, establishes the calculation flow diagram which can be used in chemical pipeline 3D software for cable tray fill rate automatic calculation.

So AI has a great development space in process industry. Firstly, this paper reviews the development of intelligence: from the strategy of AI in various countries to the achievement of enterprises, and then the progress of intelligent process industry. Secondly, based on the field characteristics of chemical industry, the intelligent application methods are discussed from four aspects as intelligent design, intelligent control, intelligent production and intelligent management. For the dense oil wells, injection of high pressure hot steam will lead to casing elongating under thermal stress, resulting in the wellhead uplifting by the consequent force. The wellhead uplift phenomenon will have a bad influence on well output and lifespan, cause the production pipeline bending, and bring potential security risk. For this problem, this article puts forward a displacement monitoring alarm system to monitor the uplift displacement of the wellhead in real time. In the article, we also studied five measuring methods of displacement, including resistivity method, magnetostriction method, laser method, pull rope method and eddy current method. After comparison the principle, strength/weakness and applicability in offshore explosive environment of the five measuring methods, we come to a conclusion that Magnetostriction method and pull rope method are recommended for this system.
