    Staff training is the main way and effective means of human resource development.Training content and facilities are the basic construction of training system and the source power to ensure the training effect.For the operators and instrument maintainers of oil and gas primary processing units, the practical operation training of production units is a long-term technical problem that puzzles the trainers.Through investigation and interview,the training center of Daqing oil field natural gas company selected the compressor lubricating oil skid which is widely used for research and development.By using Siemens STEP7 v5.5 SP2 CN and Kingview 6.55 programming software,the dynamic picture of process simulation and control system of field process are realized. A set of mini compressor lubricating oil simulation process skid training system provides a practical operation platform for employees,and provides talents and technical support for the sustainable development of the enterprise.

    In recent years, big data technology has developed rapidly in China's oil and gas pipeline industry. Pipeline enterprises and relevant scholars are actively engaged in the research on innovative application of big data technology and enterprise business integration. Pipeline big data accumulated in the whole life cycle of design, construction, acceptance and operation are carried out mining analysis. Problems such as "more accumulated data, less mining information", inconsistent data standards, and business data that cannot be shared together are actively dealt with. Preliminary results have been achieved, and the pipeline business efficiency and risk control level have been improved. The current research status of big data of oil and gas long-distance pipeline such as the construction of big data platform framework, data integration during the construction and operation period of oil and gas long-distance pipeline, and the integration of big data technology and pipeline business are summarized.     Lightning and static protection is an important work to improve the safety level of oil and gas stations. The pipeline company shall inspect and test the lightning and static protection facilities according to the standard specifications, find and eliminate the potential safety hazards in time, and provide reliable technical guarantee for the safe operation of the oil and gas station. The representative and authoritative technical standard in the field of lightning and static protection is API RP2003-2015 Protection Against Ignition Arising Out of Static, Lighting, and Stray Current. The paper mainly reflects the technical progress of lightning and static protection in American oil industry in recent ten years, and focuses on the revision of static protection measures for the loading operation of tank cars, static protection measures for storage tanks, lightning protection measures for roof storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks. China standard Q/SY 1651 is equivalent adopting API RP2003. Through tracking the revision information of American pipeline standard, the standard technology update work is carried out for domestic standard Q/SY 1651 to improve the safety management level of China pipeline industry.

    Abstract: Electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of flow measuring instrument widely used in industry. Electromagnetic flowmeter in the design and selection, installation, use and maintenance process, there are specific requirements. Because its measuring principle is different from other flow meters, the grounding requirement is very important to the electromagnetic flowmeter. Based on the principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter, this paper puts forward the view that grounding is the prerequisite and necessary condition for the normal operation of the electromagnetic flowmeter. Combining with different types and installation occasions, introduce the grounding scheme of the electromagnetic flowmeter.

    Abstract: Because PID controller is simple in structure, easy to realize and easy to adjust parameters, PID controller has been occupying a considerable position in the field of industrial control. Although PID control technology is widely used, when the controlled object has a large delay, that is, the system delay time and time constant are greater than one time, the control effect of PID controller is not satisfactory. Therefore, this paper proposes a control strategy based on Predictive PI control algorithm under the condition that the traditional control algorithm has insufficient control effect for the process of large inertia and large delay, and uses SCL language to encapsulate the predictive PI algorithm in Siemens PLC, and the result shows that it can effectively solve the problem caused by large delay.

The layered liquid level measurement is carried out by hall switch soft belt composed of Hall sensor and resistance. Combined with HART chip, remote debugging can be carried out, which makes up the technical defects of the layered measurement capability of magnetic float liquid level meter in the medium condition of the separated layer.
