Non-catalytic partial oxidation of coke oven gas is of great significance and technical support for the development of new energy chemical industry. Based on the construction requirements of an 182055Nm3/h coke oven gas consumption reformer project, a design scheme of automatic monitoring system is proposed in this paper. The scheme is composed of DCS, SIS and GDS systems, where DCS system completes basic production operation, converter load regulation and non-safety interlock; SIS system completes burner cooling water system and reformer safety interlock shutdown function; GDS system completes combustible / toxic gas leakage monitoring and alarming function on site. In addition, according to the process characteristics of coke oven gas reformer, the specifications of temperature monitoring, oxygen pipeline instrument and raw gas pipeline instrument are also designed. Finally, the design scheme can ensure the safe, stable, long, full and optimal operation of the unit, and has certain feasibility.

The calculation of oil well pump efficiency is an important work in oil field production management. To solve the problem of complex and slow calculation in the traditional method, a novel pump efficiency calculation method is proposed based on the convolution neural network. It can extract the feature map from the surface dynamometer cards by the convolution operation, fuse the well and pumping unit parameters and excavate the nonlinear relationship between the multi-source parameters and pump efficiency. In addition, the introduction of downhole pump indicator diagram as the prior knowledge assists the pump efficiency calculation in the accuracy improvement. The proposed method has been applied and tested on the oilfield site, and it is verified to have the high accuracy and fast speed which can support multi-well online calculation and meet the needs of oilfield digitization.

Abstract: Under the condition of incineration at 1000 ℃,89~90w% waste sulfuric acid was injected into incinerator to burn and pyrolyse for the mixed acidic gas of SO2, O2 and H2O. The SO2 gas was converted to SO3 through oxidation, and the total conversion rate of SO3 was 99.9%. The regeneration recycling device of 16000 t/a waste acid was built using wet process. When the waste acid device was fed 1.881t/h, new sulfuric acid products were produced at 1.727t/h, the waste acid recovery rate was 91.81w%. During regeneration reaction of waste acid, it ensured the stable operation of waste acid device through critical controls and interlocks of pressure and temperature of waste acid regenerative incinerator, reactor inlet temperature, condenser inlet temperature, thermal salt system temperature and steam system pressure.

In the petrochemical industry, in view of the high viscosity and impurities contained in the residual oil transportation of the residual oil hydrogenation system, in order to obtain an accurate measurement scheme, a rectangular flowmeter combined with computational fluid dynamics (CFD)numerical simulation technology was used to perform three-dimensional simulation of the residual oil transportation pipeline. The calculation results of rectangular flowmeters under different working conditions were analyzed and compared through digital analysis technology and working condition calibration methods. Abstract: at present, China's LNG engineering started relatively late, and there are few research results on LNG leakage. In order to solve this problem, DNV Phast software from norske veritas was used to simulate the leakage and diffusion of a LNG storage tank, and the gas diffusion, flash range and explosion overpressure of LNG under different working conditions were analyzed. The results show that the larger the leakage aperture is, the larger the influence range of gas diffusion is, and the larger the cloud width and downwind distance are. When the leakage aperture is 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm, the maximum downwind distance of vapor cloud diffusion is 7.8m, 18.8m, and 79.6m, respectively; the impact range of flash is 8.5m, 21.2m, and 88.6m, respectively; and the maximum distance of thermal radiation is 15.1m, 28.1m, and 73.8m, respectively. Strong wind is conducive to the diffusion of vapor cloud. In the process of storage tank site selection, the open area with good ventilation should be given priority. Mechanical ventilation such as explosion-proof fans can be installed on the windward side of storage tank to enhance air circulation. The research results can provide theoretical basis and support for the site selection, layout of LNG storage station and emergency management of tank leakage.
