Abstract:When the pumping unit is working, due to the up and down reciprocating movement, the load balance change makes the belt fatigue, wear fast, the service life is short, and the belt is easy to slip in rainy and snowy weather, which directly affects the service life of all components of the pumping unit and the operating time rate of the pumping unit. The automatic control system of belt tension of pumping unit takes PLC as the core. By detecting and judging the output torque value of frequency converter, the belt tension of pumping unit can be adjusted automatically. The test results show that the system can accurately control the tension of the conveyor belt of the pumping unit and ensure that the belt is always in good working condition.

With the continuous improvement of oil and gas pipeline station information system, the number of instrument, communication and other weak current equipment is also increasing, and the automation and communication system in the station has become the nerve center of oil and gas pipeline. However, most of the oil and gas pipeline stations are located in areas with extremely complex thunderstorm activities, and there are many devices, so lightning strikes occur from time to time. Lightning strikes are mainly manifested as direct lightning and inductive lightning. Inductive lightning usually harms weak current equipment such as instrument and communication, resulting in the interruption of station information system and affecting the monitoring and information transmission functions of oil and gas pipelines. For the stations of Sino-Myanmar Oil/Gas Pipelines (the pipeline sections in Guizhou Province) is taken as an research case. According to the characteristics of oil and gas pipeline stations, this paper analyzes its causes in terms of manifestations of induction lightning invading into weak current equipment, and adopts comprehensive lightning protection design concepts, namely, shielding, equalizing voltage and grounding, proposes specific lightning protection measures so as to reduce the induction lightning, and achieves better lightning protection effect and improves the reliability of oil and gas pipeline station operation.

Pipeline safety is increasingly concerned by the state, society and industry. Corrosion is an important cause of pipeline failure. Cathodic protection is a reliable technology to relieve pipeline corrosion. China new pipeline projects are constructed in harsh environment areas, and new corrosion problems are emerging, which puts forward higher requirements for the safe operation of pipelines. The paper describes the technical difficulties and bottlenecks of pipeline corrosion protection in recent years, including cathodic protection criteria, cathodic protection potential test, pipeline cathodic protection in cold regions, cathodic protection system maintenance, 3LPE anti-corrosion coating stripping, corrosion under insulation, cathodic protection of pipeline crossing with casing.Combined with the domestic and foreign pipeline engineering practice, standards and technical status, the feasible and reasonable response methods and measures are put forward. Finally, in order to improve the level of pipeline safety management of China, some suggestions for tackling key problems in pipeline cathodic protection technology in the future are put forward.

Abstract: in view of the GB50183 gave no vent quantity more than 4×104 m3 / h when fire separation, adopting det norske veritas DNV PHAST software for different vent quantity under the condition of different wind speed and gas diffusion and to simulate the thermal radiation scope, determined the cold blow-down operation, between the riser and the oil and gas station fire prevention spacing should be not less than 0.5 LFL limit boundary space; In heat venting operation, the fire prevention interval shall not be less than 4.75kW/m2, the boundary space limited under the condition of permissible heat radiation. The results show that when the discharge volume is 20×104m3/h and the wind speed is 20m/s, the fire spacing of cold discharge and hot discharge is 29.4m and 67.2m respectively, which are all less than the fire spacing between riser and station specified in GB50183. The research results can provide technical reference for the compilation and update of GB50183 and theoretical basis for the layout and general drawing design of oil and gas station.
