    SCOT(Shell Claus Of-gas Treatment)sulfur recovery off-gas treatment technology can increase the total sulfur recovery rate to about 99.9 %,which was widely used in natural gas purification. In this paper, according to the process characteristics of tail gas treatment unit in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant, the proportional crossover limit control system is used to control the air distribution and furnace temperature of online reduction furnace. Furnace temperature can be controlled in the normal range because of the automatic control system. The furnace always keeps 1ack of oxygen combustion and exists the reducing gas(H2,CO), which provides a basic guarantee for the reduction and absorption of process gas. The automatic control system further increases the sulfur recovery rate and reduces the SO2 emission.

    Since the industrialization of urea production in 1960s, various processes have gradually become mature, equipment structure and supporting schemes have been continuously improved, and the production scale has also developed towards the direction of large scale. The typical urea process consists of full cycle of aqueous solution, carbon dioxide stripping, ammonia extraction and aces energy saving process [1,2]. However, no matter which process is used, urea synthesis tower, ammonium condenser, stripping tower and so on in urea high pressure equipment are one of the key equipment in urea production, and are also the most prone to leakage in the plant, its reliability directly affects the continuous operation cycle of urea safety production. Therefore, it is the most important to ensure the safety of urea production to find the leakage of equipment in time through the leakage detection system and to avoid the harm caused by leakage to personnel, equipment and environment.

    Regarding the sampling of Chromatograph in cycle gas from the reactor based in gas phase polyethylene (PE) process, the analysis component is complicated and the detection response time requires to be fast. At the same time, the samples are mixed with dust and particle impurities, and the analysis results are seriously affected by temperature. According to the process requirements of polymerization reaction and the physical properties of samples, this paper puts forward the special engineering design: 4-stage filtration system, high temperature heat tracing system, selection of sampling valve, and the strategy to shorten the transmission delay time. The performance of the sampling system is reliable, and the analysis results are stable and accurate, which can be used for advanced process control.

    Based on the needs of domestic refining and chemical enterprises' production equipment construction and production operation cycle in China, this paper proposes to apply dynamic simulation technology to realize the modeling of crude distillation unit of a refining and chemical plant. The virtual device developed by using dynamic simulation technology can verify the process flow and control scheme, by comparison with the actual device situation, the dynamic model can accurately reflect operating conditions of the petrochemical process units and simulate the real-time changes of the device process condition adjustment, and provides support for the technicians to gain in-depth understanding of the device and to study more advanced process schemes. At the same time, the application of the dynamic model can also provide a basis for the intelligent production operation and intelligent control optimization of the device in the future

    Most of the wells in Changqing oilfield have no associated gas, the gas heating furnace has been stopped, coal-fired heating furnace pollution of the environment. The digital electromagnetic heating device for well site crude oil is studied, and the structure and function of the device are mainly introduced. In 2020, it was used in two well sites in Tongzhai working area of No. 3 oil production plant of Changqing oilfield, replacing the existing gas heating furnace and coal heating furnace to heat crude oil, which has high thermal efficiency, safety, environmental protection and energy saving, at the same time, it can monitor and control the temperature and pressure of crude oil by electromagnetic heating.

    Aiming at the common faults existing in the operation of reciprocating compressor, this paper analyzes the fault components, fault forms and fault characteristics, studies the on-line condition monitoring system of reciprocating compressor, introduces the composition and functions of the hardware and software of the monitoring system, and analyzes the types and installation positions of sensors. The system is applied to three gas injection compressors in wen96 gas storage to improve the fault diagnosis ability of compressors, realize predictive maintenance, reduce unnecessary losses caused by unplanned shutdown, and ensure long-term safe and stable operation of compressors.
