    Research on Optimization Technology for Electric Desalination System Based on Big Data Analysis of Operating Parameters

    Based on 400 days-period of operating data of the electrical desalination system, the big data analysis method was used to establish a mapping relationship between the operating parameters and the after-desalination salt content. The model was then applied in intelligent prediction of the after-desalination salt content for a total of 1052 operating samples acquired form Apr. 2019 to Sept. 2020. An average error of 0.42mg/L was found by comparing the prediction salt content with actual value. In order to analysis the influence of operating parameters on salt removing efficiency, a model-based optimization method was proposed. The method was used to study several key factors that affect the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination process. Based on the screening results, several key operating parameters that role the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination system were analyzed and corresponding optimal operation suggestions provided. The after-desalination salt content can be significantly reduced by following suggestions provided with the optimization method.

    Abstract: In order to adapt the development needs of gas industry, now the domestic long-distance pipeline businesses are exploring the unattended station mode without any standards specification. Intelligent gas distribution of customer is the core problem to be solved if implement the unattended station.This paper is based on the sufficient study of internal and external unattended station mode, combined with the problems in the operation of the company’s unattended station test run. Research the automatic distributed gas, intelligent peak regulation, and implement logical control.The problem of frequent manual operation in the gas supply is solved. It is found that automatic distributed gas ,intelligent peak regulation system is stable and reliable. It provides experience and reference for the comprehensive carry out unattended station in the future.

    Hydrogenation process is an important petrochemical process widely used in recent years. The hydrogenation process is under hydrogen condition with high temperature and high pressure. In this condition, the hydrogen can permeate pressure or differential pressure transmitter isolation diaphragm and enter the isolation liquid, which will affect the measurement accuracy and cause the transmitter failure. By plating gold on the surface of the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter, the gold plating layer can effectively prevent the permeation of hydrogen, thus ensuring the long-term use of the transmitter. However, gold plating of isolation diaphragm will increase investment. How to distinguish the working condition and gild the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter which needs gold plating is very necessary to ensure the normal use of the transmitter and save the investment. Unfortunately, there are no domestic standards to make detailed provisions on this subject. This also leads to some transmitters used in the hydrogenation unit in service, some of which are not gold plated, and the transmitter failure affects the long-term operation; some are generally plated with gold, which increases the investment and causes waste. The author has been engaged in the design of hydrogenation unit for a long time and has studied and practiced for a long time. Now the analysis and understanding of this problem is written in this paper for reference, also hope to get criticism and correction of peers and experts.

    For the buried long-distance pipeline with cathodic protection system, the current density of cathodic protection is not only an important index to measure the insulation performance of anti-corrosion coating, but also an important parameter to characterize the true cathodic protection state of the pipeline, so the current of cathodic protection in the pipeline should be monitored for a long time. A cathodic protection current measurement device based on the magnetic collecting ring is designed, the material of the magnetic collecting ring is silicon steel, and the influence of different opening shapes of the magnetic collecting ring on the magnetic field at the opening is explored. Through Maxwell software modeling and analysis, it is found that silicon steel has a very significant magnetic effect, and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic collecting ring is amplified by about 2000 times; the magnetic induction intensity at the opening of the magnetic collecting ring with different opening shapes is not the same, the rectangular opening has the best magnetic gathering effect, and the magnetic induction intensity at the opening is amplified by about 750 times. The experimental results show that the sensitivity and linearity of the designed cathodic protection current measuring device based on magnetic collecting ring are 1.855 and 3.24% respectively, which basically meet the measurement requirements.

    to solve the problem that transferring is not accurate for oil metering, because it is difficult to measure the oil-water interface accurately, this paper presents an oil-water interface detection instrument based on the theory of different capacitances between different mediums. The sensor made of MSP430,CD4051B,AD7143,is used to acquire the electromagnetic wave through the medium,and the parameter about electric is calculated,then oil layer and water layer could be recognized,the instrument could be operated by the RS485 for far away.The result shows that the oil-water interface instrument can meet the requirements by some tests.

    In order to increase SO2 equilibrium conversion rate in conversion section of off-gas based acid making system, the concentrations of SO2 and O2 in off-gas to converter need to be monitored, to guarantee the SO2 initial concentration and reasonable O2 to SO2 ratio. Combined with the features of conversion section off-gas, by optimizing scavenging unit, sample unit and pretreatment unit and selecting the right analyzer, a set of SO2 &O2 analyzer system is designed to stably monitor the concentrations of SO2 and O2 in off-gas at outlet of SO2 blower , solving the common existing problems in the gas analysis at outlet of SO2 blower in sulfuric acid plant, such as easily block up, high maintenance volume, unstable system with large fluctuation, long lag time of analysis result and so on. In practical use, this gas analyzer system achieves the desired effect.

Research on lightning waveform and area, and select lightning protection products and parameters in power loop and signal loop of control system .The optimized configuration of the system can realize the precise protection of the terminal equipment. The scheme shows that: reasonable analysis of lightning damage path, selection high-performance power supply type and signal type surge protectors can better achieve lightning protection; through the standardized lightning protection for grounding construction, it provides a good reference for solving the control system port damage caused by direct lightning or secondary induction lightning.
