In the production of modern Petro-chemical industry, the level of fault diagnosis directly determines the quality of the production system. It will bring great convenience to the production personnel and avoid the occurrence of accidents if we can judge the fault timely and accurately. Recently, artificial intelligence and machine learning technology have been used in fault diagnosis of Petro-chemical process. In this paper, a Kernel Principal Component Analysis- Long Short Term Memory (KPCA-LSTM )fault diagnosis method is proposed. Firstly, Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) is used for fault detection, and then the fault data after KPCA dimension reduction is input into Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) for diagnosis. Finally, Tennessee Eastman(TE) process data set is used to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. At the same time, the training time of this method is reduced compared with ordinary LSTM.

The temperature control process of the reactor commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry basically has difficulties such as large time delay, large inertia, nonlinear and frequent temperature regulation. The most widely used PID control algorithm is always unable to solve this kind of problem, and the effect is poor. A method combining predictive PI(PPI) algorithm and dual control (dual predictive PI algorithm) is proposed. The main controller ensures the rapidity of temperature changes during the temperature adjustment process. The auxiliary controller adjusts the water flow rate of the valve in real time, reduces the energy loss when switching the temperature control source, and ensures economy. Both the main and auxiliary controllers adopt predictive PI controllers, which can effectively solve the problems of large time delay and large inertia. The simulation results show that the dual predictive PI algorithm has fast response speed, the rise time of the control system is only 41.9% of the PID control system with Smith estimated compensation. At the same time, it also has good anti-interference and strong robustness. This technology can provide support for accurately and stably controlling the temperature of the reactor.

The flow control of centrifugal pump is the core control link of product oil long distance pipeline regulation system. In order to improve the stability and anti-interference ability of the centrifugal pump flow control system in the product oil transportation station, and improve the control accuracy of the system, a centrifugal pump flow control system based on second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller is designed. The mathematical model of the centrifugal pump flow control system is established, and the design principle of the second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller is analyzed. On this basis, the centrifugal pump flow control system based on the second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller is designed, and the parameter tuning principle of the controller is analyzed from the perspective of frequency domain. Through MATLAB / Simulink software simulation experiment, and compared with the traditional centrifugal pump flow control system based on PI controller, the simulation results show that the centrifugal pump flow control system based on second-order linear second-order linear active disturbance rejection controller has faster response speed and stronger anti-interference ability.

There is a few study for spurious trip of safety instrument system, calculation of possiblity of failure (PFD) and spurious trip rate (STR) had been introduced. The analysis and comparasion of conventional redundant structure by calculation had been studied. According with the actual SIF loop with one out of one in refinery and chemical factory,The modified Markov model with AMO is proposed, studies show that it will reduce the rate of spurious trip. Abstract: According to the principle of pipeline integrity management, a complete set of quantitative risk assessment technology for regional grade upgrading was established for the risk change caused by the regional grade change along the gas pipeline. The Monte Carlo method was used to calculate the failure probability of the pipeline in the limit state, and the Stephens hazard model was used to calculate the failure consequences caused by thermal radiation. The acceptable criteria of personal risk and social risk were also studied. The results of the case analysis show that the risk value increases after the region is upgraded, and the evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of the site. In the later stage, effective risk mitigation measures can be taken according to the economic and feasibility analysis. The research results can provide practical reference for the quantitative analysis of pipeline risk level.

The ethylene cracking gas compressor K201 of Sinopec-SK was put into production in 2013, which was overhauled in April 2016 and has begun to operation in June 2016. In December 2017, there are five of six speed probes of the compressor K201 failed one after another and could not be displayed normally. Check the compressor is running normally. In the case that it is unable to open the cover to check and deal with the fault of speed probe, Sinopec-SK uses K201 zero speed and key phase signals as control signals, uses an adjustable frequency signal generator to simulate the frequency signal of the speed probe, and simulates the speed signal for the overspeed protector to ensure the normal operation of K201. It ensures that K201 continues to operate normally for 2 years and 10 months. During the overhaul in October 2020, it was found that the lead wire of the K201 speed probe was broken when the cover was opened.
