Large amounts of dynamic data are the foundations of modern oil oilfield digital construction. Depending on reliable software functions, the computer ability can be fully utilized to enable engineers to correctly export the data needed for analysis and efficiently complete repetitive statistical task, in the contrary, it may take a lot of energy on data export and repetitive statistical work, leaving small amount of time for statistical results analysis and countermeasures making. In order to ensure the quality of dynamic data statistics, improve efficiency, the application of OFM software is extended by the project team of M Oilfield, as well as continuously deepened and masters the software functions, which define calculate variables and fields using its system functions for data table exporting and figure makings. The project team has mastered OFM Arps decline analysis module, achieves changing daily dynamic data into monthly ones, filtering and grouping wells flexibly, and short-term production forecast and evaluation, which has corrected statistical errors in monthly report bulletin and data export for dynamic analysis, improves working efficiency and accuracy of short-term production forecast.

In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the shutdown event of a company's ethylene cracking gas compressor, the reason of the unit's shutdown was finally found out: the short circuit of the stable power supply module in the control system cabinet of the cracking gas compressor caused the loop's air opening and the air opening trip of the power supply of the upper level, which then led to the power loss of the power supply of the same level to the trip solenoid valve. Because the local pressure gauge in the middle of the trip solenoid valve is too long and the oil pressure does not meet the pipe, the trip solenoid valve lost power and opened at the moment, resulting in the filling process of the pressure gauge in the local pressure gauge. As a result, the T&TV valve was shut down instantly due to the control of oil pressure, and the unit was shut down interlocked. At the same time, preventive measures are put forward to avoid similar failures and ensure the stable operation of the unit.

Corrosion is the most important factor affecting the safety of pipelines, which can easily lead to pipe leakage or rupture. China pipeline industry implemented integrity management procedures. Pipeline enterprises should carry out residual strength evaluation and residual life prediction according to previous failure events of pipelines to determine the acceptable criteria of pipeline defect risk. The paper describes the international common safety evaluation criteria for pipeline defects, including the revised ASME B31G, BS7910, DNV-RP-F101, PCORRC, C-FER model and PDAM model. The parameters, defect characteristics and burst/failure pressure data of nearly 100 cases with corrosion defects in different steel grades (x42-x100) were collected, and the accuracy of the above evaluation criteria was compared. Pipeline managers should select scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria according to pipeline operation condition and defect characteristics, considering the application scope and application conditions of evaluation criteria. Finally, according to the safety evaluation method of X90 and X100 ultra-high steel pipeline defects, the research suggestions of finite element numerical simulation are put forward.

According to the process characteristics of unconventional split flow sulfur recovery unit in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant, the complex control loop is used to control the air distribution and furnace temperature of Claus furnace. The temperature of the first zone of Claus furnace is controlled by adjusting the split ratio to ensure the optimal reaction temperature. By adjusting the main micro air volume and controlling the air distribution ratio, the optimal conversion requirements of acid gas are met, the sulfur recovery rate of the unit is improved, and the emission of flue gas pollutants is reduced.

The system uses KEPServer software and OPC technology to solve the problem of remote data transmission when different hardware devices are controlled.
