    A method is presented based on AI(AVEVA Instrumentation) Design module for instrument installation drawing generation and automatic material collection. This proposed method is able to solve the problem of inconsistent installation and cumbersome statistics of installation materials under the traditional design mode. The core of this development is to build a typical instrument installation drawing library and installation material library, which are stored as seek bank in the SQL database for engineering designers to use. The development can quickly generate instrument installation drawing by calling customized database, also can accurately count installation materials on the basis of completed instrument installation material report. Project practice proves that the development significantly improves the design efficiency and accuracy.

    The station control system(SCS) of the gas transmission station of the long natural gas pipeline plays the role of collecting, adjusting and scheduling process parameters to ensure the gas transmission to the downstream users, and is also responsible for the safety interlock control and emergency shutdown function;SCS is the core of the realization of the automatic control function of the whole station.In recent years, abnormal shutdown problems caused by power supply failure of the control system occur frequently, resulting in interruption of gas supply, which may even cause significant economic losses to downstream users and affect the reputation of pipeline companies.This article discusses the reason of failure of control system supply from the power supply, UPS, power supply circuit configuration, equipment selection and suggests the means including the dual power supply, UPS selection, STS, improve power supply reliability design approaches such as load grading configuration, and the PLC system, the operation station and server gives the recommended way of power supply, through the above configuration can make the gas station yard control system of the power supply reliability will be greatly improved.

    The Tianjin floating LNG project is constructed in two phases, with the FSRU mode in the first phase and the conventional terminal mode in the second phase. The FSRU used in the first phase of the project is a relatively independent process unit. As the central control system of the LNG terminal, it is necessary to consider the effective connection of the first and second phases, and also be compatible with the data information and pipeline SCADA data on the FSRU. The entire central control system needs to be scalable, information sharing, and data compatible. It is a new challenge of this project to realize the function of mutual transmission of technology data and interlocking of safety interlocking between FSRU control system and LNG terminal control system through ship-shore connection system.

    In this paper,a method that the real-time data of on-line chromatographic is distributed and shared to the fixed stations without chromatographic analyzer in long-distance natural gas pipeline is proposed. The project is based on SDH optical fiber communication network or DDN communication network for SCADA system of long-distance pipeline, and protocol conversion server with read-write function was set up in the control center. After the application of this method in Yuji pipeline’gas transmission station of ultrasonic measurement, The fluctuation range of the Sound Velocity Verification deviation rate for ultrasonic flowmeter is effectively reduced to 33% of the original one, which effectively improves the accuracy of measurement.     The exhaust gas treatment in Puguang gas field natural gas purification plant uses the hydrogenation reduction absorption process,and the water content during normal operating conditions reaches 6 %, and the water content during the pre-vulcanization operation can reach 40 %. The pre-treatment system using the thermal conduction hydrogen analyzer is now simple. It can not satisfy the demand of the measuring device for the content of vapor. In order to improve the removal rate of water vapor in the sample gas, it is proposed to upgrade the sample gas pretreatment system and adopt dynamic reflux device + primary filtration + tertiary water removal + primary desulfurization and drying. Combined with thermal conductivity and infrared measurement of carbon dioxide content technology, an accurate measurement of the analytical instrument is achieved.

    Abstract: The ultrasonic flow meter has obvious advantages in measurement accuracy, reliability, pressure loss, range ratio and daily maintenance,compared with other types of flow meters,which has become the first choice for high-pressure and large-flow natural gas metering. The accuracy of natural gas measurement directly affects the fairness of trade settlement. A new type of modular splicing and skid mounted technology of Multi-pipeline ultrasonic flow meter measuring skid is provided,which improves welding quality and installation accuracy of front and rear straight section around ultrasonic flow meter through factory prefabrication, and ensures the upstream gas source is more easily mixed and the fluid medium in the ultrasonic flow meter is more uniform by inlet flow and diversion mode of inlet manifold, which makes the data of on-line chromatographic analysis cabin more representative, and it is helpful to improve the accuracy of commodity trade measurement; the process design of multi-pipeline comparison can realize the function of mutual comparison and alternation of ultrasonic flow meters,which provides reference for the application of ultrasonic flow measurement system in natural gas trade transfer measurement.

    The online Raman analyzer for the adsorption separation unit in the aromatics process has important guidance for the operation and process analysis of the unit. The Raman spectrum analyzers used in domestic aromatics process are foreign products. After Sinopec has a large-scale aromatics complex process technology with independent intellectual property rights, it needs a domestic Raman spectrum analyzer suitable for this process (simulated moving bed adsorption process - SorPX). Through research, development and testing, the partners of the project established a quantitative analysis model based on the functional relationship between the characteristic peaks of the mixed components and their contents, and developed a new domestic online Raman analyzer, which were put into operation in September 2019. Successfully applied in the second aromatics complex of SorPX in Sinopec Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd, which promoted the improvement and promotion of Sinopec's aromatics process technology.
