China oil and gas pipeline industry has achieved great development, but pipe body defect and corrosion problem may lead to serious safe potential. Domestic pipeline has comprehensively enforecd integrity management procedure. The pipeline in-line inspection technology can determine the pipeline corrosion and crack defection and ensure pipeline safe operation for a long time.The scope and advantages and disadvantages and technological status and application of pipeline in-line inspection technology at home and abroad were expounded in detail, including deformation testing, and magnetic flux leakage testing, and ultrasonic testing, and electromagnetic acoustic testing.Defect types and defect detectiong threshold and quantitative accuracy of defect were the most important performance parameter of inner detector that pipeline operator concerned, and should be verified through excavation verification and traction test. Finally, the future development trend of pipeline inspection technology is prospected, including internal detection technology for crack defects and SCC, eddy current internal detection and cathodic protection current detection technology.

Absrtact 1,4-butadiene alcohol (BDO) is a basic organic chemical and fine chemical raw materials, widely used. developed rapidly in domestic in recent years. This paper briefly introduces the process route of the acetylene aldehyde method. According to the characteristics and special requirements of BDO control valve, with experience of practice, describes the selection principle of the key valves, also presented the reference for process and valve selection design for similar plant. The main valves involved are: acetylene shut-off valve, catalyst control valve and shut-off valve, high pressure hydrogen control angle valve and BDO solution high-pressure control angle valve.

Abstract: Quantum genetic algorithm has better multi-objective optimization ability than genetic algorithm, and it has some advantages in PID parameters optimization. However, it is easy for standard quantum genetic algorithm to fall into local extremum and prone to premature convergence in late evolutionary stage. Therefore, a new method, Double Chain Quantum Genetic Algorithm (DCQGA) is proposed to tune the PID controller parameters. In this method, chromosomes are directly encoded by real-coded quantum bits, chromosomes are updated by quantum rotary gates. Chromosomal aberrations are obtained by using quantum non-gates. The direction of rotation of the quantum gates is determined by the determinant of the probability of the optimal solution and the current solution’s quantum bits. And the size of the rotation angle is adjusted by the adaptive strategy combined with the gradient information of the objective function. In this method, each qubit is considered as two juxtaposed genes. Each chromosome contains two juxtaposed genes, each of which represents an optimal solution. At the same time, the error absolute value time integral performance index is used as the minimum objective function of PID parameter selection to carry on the MATLAB simulation. Compared with the general genetic algorithm and standard quantum genetic algorithm, the results verify DCQGA has faster response speed and better Multi-objective optimization ability.

In view of the poor reliability and heavy workload of manual sampling and testing methods for water content of crude oil at wellhead, it can not reflect the change trend of water content of wellhead crude oil in real time,Developing the wellhead oil water content on-line direct measuring device.The device uses electromagnetic wave transmission method,acquires instantaneous water content signal by sensors,after the signal processing circuit is comprehensively processed and transmitted, the real-time monitoring of water content of wellhead crude oil is realized. The field test indicates the device is suitable for oil wells with water content of 0-100%,has high stability and high reliability,can accurately reflect the change trend of water content of wellhead crude oil,meets the need of fine management and data dynamic analysis of single well production in Oilfield.

The relationship between the differential pressure and the flow rate of the differential pressure flowmeter is nonlinear. The NURBS function is used in this paper to fit the discharge coefficient formula of standard orifice plate in the small flow measurement. The flow meter is used in process of blending light oil in Tahe Oil Field. Large pressure difference leads to short life of flow meter. To reduce leakage frequency, pressure reducing valve is designed. The device is located in the front of flow meter and realize the pressure drops by the capillary liquid channel, nozzle type and high pressure fine-tuning needle valve, which reduce the pressure in the front of flow meter and pressure difference, which can extend the life of flow meter for blending light oil. Abnormal case reduces 1 time and two valve core is saved in a well on the average by using pressure reducing valve of eight well in year 2015.
