    The basic structure and functions of oil loading facilities and dispatching system in the petrochemical refinery are described through discussing some design issues and methods. It is enumerated that typical design schemes and differences between rail tanker loading and truck tanker loading, also compare with all types of automated instruments selection used for loading, including batch controller, rail weighbridge and truck weighbridge set facilities. It is analyzed that scheme of flow control loop and batch control taking advantage of automation engineering theory. Integrated structure schemes of automated control and management system for loading and connected with tank farm manufacturing execution system(TMES)are introduced.

To meet the requirements of safety, reliability, economy and operability, the functions of Subsea Production Control System is described, the various architectures, such as full drop, balance, combine and ring, are compared, and effect factors should be considered in Subsea Production Control System design are analyzed. Lastly, design key points of the Subsea Production Control System architecture are obtained. These design key points can be referenced in design of Subsea Production Control System.

    A SIF PFD calculation is illustrated by analyzing quantitatively one typical loop in a gas distributing station. Whether the safety integrity level of the SIF meets the design requirement or not is evaluated in PFD calculation. According to PFD calculation and SIL evaluation of the different configurations and measures, a method of improving the safety integrity level is obtained in the condition of limited budget.

    The cathodic protection was the reliable technique for guarantee oil & gas pipeline safe operation. OFF-Potential was commonly used to evaluate the effectiveness of pipeline cathodic protection. The paper introduced the situation of domestic pipeline OFF-Potential testing technology, the problem was that there are differences in the delay time of the OFF-Potential testing, and can not get the pipeline-soil polarization potential. With the example of the new edition NACE TM0497-2012, the paper expounded the internationally recognized standard testing method for cathodic protection potential, including power shutdown time, and voltage strike duration, and relative electrode precision, and relative electrode settlement. Finally, the suggestion of referring the advancement of NACE TM0497-2012 and revising GB/T 21246-2007 were made.

    The open interface protocol which is very popular in industry is studied in this paper. It is called OPC (Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control). A simulation structure is designed in which the configuration software KingVIEW is used to design a user-friendly monitoring interface in the foreground and the KingACT is used to simulate the controlled device and the controller integrated with cascade PID algorithm in the background. The data transmission between KingVIEW and KingACT is realized with OPC interface. The simulation is done on a double-tank system and the effectiveness of this simulation structure is proved by the application effects.

    According to the actual condition of wellsite we design a wireless pumping unit monitoring and control system by converging multiple wireless technology. From data acquisition to system control and data upload that the whole system can achieve wireless design. We propose a system framework based on wireless technology. In every layer of the system the wireless solutions are introduced particularly. The four quadrant common DC bus technology is used in the system. That can propose the system stability and reduce the energy consumption at the same time. The development of the wireless pumping unit monitoring and control system solve the problem of installation wiring,reduce the construction time and depress the engineering cost。The problem of the equipment is destroyed and stolen is solved by the application of the system, It can ensure the safety of the oil and gas production equipment。

    The temperature of main steam is one of the important parameters of boiler control. The control effect is good or bad is directly related to the quality of steam, because the main steam temperature has large delay, nonlinear problems, the traditional PID control can't satisfy the high precision control, and Ovation3.0.4 without advanced control methods in the system. In this paper, through the matching degree of Simth estimated, using matlab simulation and forecast model is still better than PID control can be achieved the deflection effect, and to join the forecasts do not increase the load rate of the controller. So in the Ovation control system, using its existing algorithm package lap Simth forecast, combining cascade PID control, realized the CFB boiler main steam temperature control, and good results have been achieved.

    Branches of multinational oil company spread all over the world. The distance between branches and headquarter is far away. The network between branches and headquarter of multinational oil company has a big delay and jitter for the reason of long distance and complex Internet nodes, which produces the problem of slow response when access the application either in branches or headquarter. In order to resolve the problems such as low software license utilization rate, repeated investment, difficult to manage, there has oil professional software online sharing system. But when use it in the environment of multinational oil company, it also will produce the problem of slow response. This paper designed the new applying mode of oil professional software remote sharing which response speed is during 100 millisecond in the condition of overseas IT resources sharing and service center of multinational oil company. According to the new applying mode, there has actual deployment and application. The result shows that it will effectively resolve the problems of oil professional software remote sharing application.

In this paper, through the study of pressure, flow controlled object, we analyzed the possibility of controlling objects nonlinear factors lead to different flow operating point change of control performance. For the subject of the flow and pressure control problems, we dynamic process simulation platform for simulation studies to test object properties, according to the simulation object properties to select the appropriate advanced control algorithms for flow and pressure control were better adjusted to achieve various traffic conditions, rapid adjustment and highly stable of pressure and other parameters.

    According to the high pressure difference of labyrinth control valve's theory and the fluid mechanics theory, the structural characteristics and basis for design of the labyrinth control valve path was summarized, and the expansion coefficient that affect the performance of the valve was proposed. To obtain the distribution of internal flow field and determine the effect of flow characteristics which accrued by the expansion coefficient, the numerical simulation based on one path of labyrinth control valve was performed by CFD fluid analysis software.

During the APC application, on-line GC system and on-line NIR system are depended for comprehensively utilization.
