    Research on Optimization Technology for Electric Desalination System Based on Big Data Analysis of Operating Parameters

    Based on 400 days-period of operating data of the electrical desalination system, the big data analysis method was used to establish a mapping relationship between the operating parameters and the after-desalination salt content. The model was then applied in intelligent prediction of the after-desalination salt content for a total of 1052 operating samples acquired form Apr. 2019 to Sept. 2020. An average error of 0.42mg/L was found by comparing the prediction salt content with actual value. In order to analysis the influence of operating parameters on salt removing efficiency, a model-based optimization method was proposed. The method was used to study several key factors that affect the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination process. Based on the screening results, several key operating parameters that role the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination system were analyzed and corresponding optimal operation suggestions provided. The after-desalination salt content can be significantly reduced by following suggestions provided with the optimization method.

    Design on Inductive Lightning Protection in Stations for Oil/Gas Pipelines

    With the continuous improvement of oil and gas pipeline station information system, the number of instrument, communication and other weak current equipment is also increasing, and the automation and communication system in the station has become the nerve center of oil and gas pipeline. However, most of the oil and gas pipeline stations are located in areas with extremely complex thunderstorm activities, and there are many devices, so lightning strikes occur from time to time. Lightning strikes are mainly manifested as direct lightning and inductive lightning. Inductive lightning usually harms weak current equipment such as instrument and communication, resulting in the interruption of station information system and affecting the monitoring and information transmission functions of oil and gas pipelines. For the stations of Sino-Myanmar Oil/Gas Pipelines (the pipeline sections in Guizhou Province) is taken as an research case. According to the characteristics of oil and gas pipeline stations, this paper analyzes its causes in terms of manifestations of induction lightning invading into weak current equipment, and adopts comprehensive lightning protection design concepts, namely, shielding, equalizing voltage and grounding, proposes specific lightning protection measures so as to reduce the induction lightning, and achieves better lightning protection effect and improves the reliability of oil and gas pipeline station operation.

    With the development trend of large-scale tank design and construction, it is of great practical significance to ensure the safe operation of tanks and prevent lightning fire accidents. For large floating roof storage tank, special attention shall be paid to prevent lightning fire of sealing device. Combined with several typical tank fire accidents, the reasons of seal device failure in tank design, construction and operation and maintenance are analyzed. The present situation and existing problems of domestic storage tank lightning protection technology are expounded from the aspects of second sealing device, electrical connection of facilities, lightning protection and grounding detection. The design concept and application of new oil&gas free sealing device, active nitrogen protection system and lightning warning system for storage tanks are introduced. From the aspects of design, construction, sealing device form, tank lightning fire fighting and tank safety management mode, the measures and suggestions to enhance the ability of tank to prevent lightning fire risk are put forward.

    The protective layer analysis (LOPA) method was used to identify the effectiveness of each protective layer in the dangerous scenario of high pressure string and low pressure in petrochemical plant. The LOPA method and its characteristics are introduced, and the failure data of various dangerous scenarios are compared according to the actual transformation cases. The total protection layer failure data is calculated according to the LOPA Settings in different series pressures. By exploring the better series pressure transformation scheme, the risk reduction in different scenarios can be identified effectively, and reasonable and effective improvement measures can be selected, which provides a theoretical basis for the high pressure series low pressure transformation of petrochemical equipment

    A set of electric-heated water bath temperature control system based on PLC and touch screen is designed. A Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as controller and A Smart 1000 touch panel is used as human machine interaction (HMI). Digit PID control algorithm is used, which has the auto-tuning ability and can be called by touch screen. Application shows the system has friendly interface and it is easy to operate. The auto-tuning control result turns to be good, which has a high degree of accuracy and can satisfy the temperature control need of water bath for chemical process experiments.

Field monitoring showed that the filter valve smashed crack gradually expanding. If not promptly treated, may cause the unit unplanned downtime, according to the interlock shut-off valve actuator and the drawings of pneumatic components, combined with a detailed analysis of the solenoid valve operation principle, found the unit does not downtime online processing methods. After the actual simulation drills and other similar valves, confirms the reliability of the methods, the successful resolution of the problem, avoiding unplanned downtime unit. The causes of problems is illustrated by computation. And then, paper introduces the measuring principle, components and advantages of Rosemount 3051 s/ERS liquid level transmitter retrofit scheme. Finally illustrate the feasibility of the scheme through the application example.
