    In order to solve the problem of modular neural network (MNN) ensemble. This paper integrated the ideas of “divide and conquer” and “put the heads together”, and proposed a measure of selecting sub-nets on-line. For a given input, this method calculated the distance of the input and the center of sub-nets firstly, and then constructed the fuzzy member degree based on distance measurement, finally realized on-line sub-nets selection by fuzzy judgement. The number of sub-nets varied to different inputs. This made the MNN’s self-adapting ability be stronger. It ensembled multi sub-nets by linear method. The weights of sub-nets were optimized by reconstructing the sample space and dynamic programming. The simulation results suggest that this method can improve the precision and generalization ability effectively.

    More than 5,000 pumping wells are running in the Huabei Oilfield. There are problems to the current management modes in two aspects. One is for pumping wells installed with wisdom-oilfield components, in the daily operation and maintenance, people at the well-site can’t access to the server and do data analysis or process the results, leading to well maintenance difficult and management efficiency low. The other is for non-network coverage pumping wells in remote area, we can’t make the remote digital control, the operating system can only rely on experienced artificially adjustments, lacking reasonable theoretical basis. To this end, based on Android platform, we developed a mobile power diagram econometric analyzing and querying system as well as a well-site data acquiring and analyzing system. This not only made the mobile phone a terminal which can access to the server processing results of the work area in security, but also made the mobile phone a data collecting and analyzing terminal at the well-site. The two systems had took a wide range of well-site application tests in Huabei oilfield, which dramatically lowered the labor intensity, improved the work efficiency and reduced the pumping wells’ management costs by up to 30%. The calculated production results showed the average relative error is only 5.1%, less than 10% of industry standards, which meets to the requirements of industrial applications.

Aiming at the limitation that area peak method only applies to the self-regulating plant, the paper presents an improved shaped analysis method to apply to both the self-regulating plant and integrating process. Considering the obvious difference of the second derivative of error signal waves in two different plants, a new index is added to further stiction detect. The method overcomes the limitation of the area peak method only applicable to a particular range. Finally, the simulation experiment validates the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.

Then exampled with a pipeline, the failures with single factor and multi conditions, double factors and multi conditions, multi factors and multi conditions were quantitatively analysis and assessment, the failure probability of pipeline and the importance of the basic factors were obtained. It has been show that the evaluation method based on BN used in risk analysis for the failures of onshore oil and gas pipeline, probability distribution of the base events can be calculated more accurately, it also can find out the the most likely cause of the accident at the same time. Finally this method will provide reasonable suggestions for the risk control and safety management of onshore oil and gas pipeline accidents.
