    Research on Optimization Technology for Electric Desalination System Based on Big Data Analysis of Operating Parameters

    Based on 400 days-period of operating data of the electrical desalination system, the big data analysis method was used to establish a mapping relationship between the operating parameters and the after-desalination salt content. The model was then applied in intelligent prediction of the after-desalination salt content for a total of 1052 operating samples acquired form Apr. 2019 to Sept. 2020. An average error of 0.42mg/L was found by comparing the prediction salt content with actual value. In order to analysis the influence of operating parameters on salt removing efficiency, a model-based optimization method was proposed. The method was used to study several key factors that affect the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination process. Based on the screening results, several key operating parameters that role the salt removing efficiency for electric desalination system were analyzed and corresponding optimal operation suggestions provided. The after-desalination salt content can be significantly reduced by following suggestions provided with the optimization method.

    Abstract:In the thermal power plant limestone / gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system,PH value of slurry has a great influence on desulfurization efficiency.The control process of PH value of slurry has nonlinear, large lag and variable gain process.Therefore, this paper analyzes and studies the PH value of slurry from the direction of desulfurization efficiency.In this paper, Mamdani fuzzy neural network is used to establish the controller and used in the slurry PH value control to further improve the search ability of the network in the control to achieve better control effect.The fuzzy neural network not only contains the fuzzy reasoning ability of fuzzy control to deal with the uncertain information, but also contains the neural network self-learning ability.It can rely on fuzzy language rules to train the network, making it easier to determine the structure and parameters of the neural network.Based on the Mamdani fuzzy neural network slurry PH value control for MATLAB design and simulation, and compared with the conventional PID control,The results show the effectiveness of the method.

According to this standard, vapor recovery unit should be installed in every bulk gasoline terminal before the deadline. In order to monitor these units remotely in an intergrated platform, an online web monitor platform was designed based on OPC technology, C/S structure, B/S structure, etc. Actual test shows that this platform is characterized by Good compatibility, strong real timeliness and good reliability

Through the background introduction, liquid level measurement system composition and heat tracing conditions introduction, the article introduces a series of level measurement error caused by the liquid level increase and the growth of the sealing liquid pipeline after PTA oxidation reactor upgrading. The causes of problems is illustrated by computation. And then, paper introduces the measuring principle, components and advantages of Rosemount 3051 s/ERS liquid level transmitter retrofit scheme. Finally illustrate the feasibility of the scheme through the application example.

    Control valves with micro flowrates (CV <0.1), for high pressure difference (△P> 10Mpa) working applications, inevitably cause flashing or cavatition,which issues in problems such as mechanical vibration, stem breakage, erosion of the sealing surface, noises and so on.To decrease them, a orifice plate was introduced with multi-stages as throttling elements,aiming at the achievement of proportional pressure difference between stages, which could reduce flashing, cavatition and erosion in sealing area. Firstly, the key dimensions was determined by use of formulas ,and then CFD software was used to calculate the fluid conditions inside the valve. The result of numerical simulation and flow test, eventually shows that the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are reliable.

There are several problems in the design of pipeline valve station in China. It should be unified and specified at the standard level, such as the lack of flexibility in valve site selection and spacing, the difference in valve station crossing and over-crossing , the design of check valve, and the poor reliability of valve station in remote areas. The pipeline valve station design standards of USA, Russia and Canada were selected, and the important technical differences between domestic and foreign valve station design standards were studied, and the practical experience of foreign pipeline valve station design and operation management was introduced, such as the site selection principle of reducing oil leakage risk and economic loss, 10% and 25% distance adjustment for oil and gas pipeline valve station in special area, the RTU valve station setting principle, the recommended practice of river crossing and over-crossing valve station, valve station power demand to determine the power supply mode, preferred to use above-ground valve station, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the design standard of pipeline valve station in China.
